Overall Badass. I love the rally stripes, and I love the shoulder stripes. I don’t know if I love rally and shoulder stripes together. Awesome color choices. That first head on shot… BOOM, in your face…excellent. And the front quarter shot…the wheels, Brembos and stripes…sweet!
Obviously my opinion means nothing except for the good stuff.
I wish there was a better solution for the Access OK stickers

First set of stripes I like. Not a fan of the fender stripes...I see all the Subaru guys around here doing that. Lost its history. Just my 2 cents.

Thanks. I would remove them if there was no chance of getting pulled over for being in the diamond lanes. Unfortunately it happened twice before I put them so I have to deal with it for now :(

California Clean Air Vehicle stickers. Without them on display the CHP will pull you over if you’re seen in the carpool lanes. And a hefty fine* results. :(

* $490.

I still refuse to put the “Ev OK” sticker on my MME. I just can’t.

Yup! And they love to pull you over. Waste 10 mins when they know its a CAV and then lecture about having the stickers on like everyone else.

We have electric vehicle plates in Hawaii. They gain access to the zipper lane (a fancy Diamond lane). If you drive a BEV with personalized plates though, guess what? Those aren’t electric vehicle plates and don’t say so, so a hefty fine results. And if you have one of the electric vehicle plates that use the letter E (E for electric) at the end instead of having “Electric Vehicle” printed on it? Yeah you get fined too. HPD takes lessons from the CHP. ;)

They were cut and installed by Javier @ Gravity Wraps (Instagram: gravitywraps) in Antioch. Super professional and did a great job. I highly recommend him.

Yikes! Maybe when the CHP / HPD have MME's they'll leave us alone :D

I only have my blue HOV stickers on the back low down on the black part of the bumper. The blue fortunately also goes better with Cyber Orange. I've never had CHP complain about my lack of the front stickers, much less pull me over because of it.

I doubt a CHP would waste their time on a lecture that you have the back stickers on, but not the front. I think the coppers only really would notice / check the back stickers since they'll be approaching you from that direction.

One more thing I have done with my EV HOV stickers, I mount them on Xpel then put the Xpel on the car. With some special spray for vinyl (or water) you can easily reposition the stickers precisely on the bumper, and don't have to worry about having no way to reposition if you make a mistake.

So long as you have the back stickers on your car, I would totally think you can get rid of those fugly front ones on your otherwise awesome front bumper.

Oh interesting. I actually only have one of the stickers on the back, on the right side.

They are on Xpel also so I can remove them.

Maybe I'll try it with just the back ones for a bit and see what happens.

There are a couple of places that CHP are actually standing on the side of the road to pull people over (Bryant St., On ramp and the 80/580 split in Emeryville where I got pulled over in a previous car with all 4 stickers on because they "didn't see them".

Yikes! I typically am not driving past those places you describe where it sounds like they really do have nothing else better to do than hassle people for not having all their stickers on. I haven't been hassled on 101 or 280 for my minor sticker transgressions.

I will say it's hard to be stealthy driving a car fast that's colored like a hunk of cheddar cheese.
