Just got this email as well. I do have some door dings and a curb rash (curb was sticking out further than usual) that Id like for them to fix. Wonder if the dealership will be clueless as usual

Mine just says “Gift for owning…”, nothing about EA (which I am not a part of).

I have a wheel with curb rash, but it clearly states “not cosmetic” under coverage. I need to hit something harder! 😂

ETA - mine also states 2022 even though I own a 21….

Curb rash is not covered. Read the details.

Yup just got that e-mail as well.

Reading the fine print on DentCARE it would appear that it doesn't cover small scratches or stone chips (e.g. they don't want to pay for paint) :(

I called for a PDR:

They said i wasn't in the system yet. Calling Ford customer service.

Note, I have a 2021 with an email saying 2022.

UPDATE: I called support, they transferred me back to protection, they transferred me again... No one said it was fixed in the system but after 45 minutes I had to hang up to get to work.

Well, since at least some of the emails say 2022, it doesn't seem like it needs to be all that early. I'm hoping they're going out in batches and mine will arrive any minute now.
I sold my 2021 in July. My email is for a 2022 pretty clearly. It's in the subject line.
