I just sent an email to you. I had ordered the ultimate lifetime pony but the shipping just says front pony 1 year. I had included a screenshot of my order. Are there different versions of the pony or just warranty length? If just warranty length can you update my order to reflect I bought the lifetime version? Bskt1667 is the order number. Thanks for the help!

Not yet, the person supervising the project and supposed to make the video broke their leg, is leaving the hospital, and said they’ll do it next week. However, it’s the same install as the old ponies, so you can find plenty of videos. Thanks for asking.
