Did anyone scrub the Ford EU Twitter for answers to new questions?

This is a very informative video, but mostly based for the European market. I expect Ford to produce and post another similar version for the American market in three languages: English, Spanish, and French.

I met this event last evening. AND I'd saw the events in the USA. The only difference between these two presentations was the beginning (P.Fratter tells about the delivering date in Europe) and the end, where we were invited to Q&As via twitter. The rest of the presentation was a selection of pieces of the US presentation. News? Sorry, only a few for the European customers.

Nothing new in the video. Q&A on Twitter was poor from Ford. They answered hardly anyone’s questions. It’s clear the community managers had pre-approved replies which they copy and pasted to questions that broadly matched the topic of the answers. Dealers better do their homework or they’re in for a tough time. I had a few more questions I wanted help with, but it was apparent very early on that there were not experts on hand to answer.

I don't think Ford did themselves any favours with this presentation. Nearly all people on this forum had seen the majority of the content before. Nothing really UK/EUR specific except for the (very) brief mention on ordering/delivery. As @SJ_Okay said, they seemed to be cherry picking the questions that they had scripted replies for. Having said that, I suppose there were a few people who aren't on any forums watching so they might have gleaned some info. We have had 11 months (with another 4 to go) to investigate the ins and outs of the car so there shouldn't be much that we don't know. Handovers should be fun

Ask your questions on here. Probably get a quicker response
