1) I am having a number of issues with final set up and stuff - nothing that is ruining my experience but is a bit frustrating
2) Having this forum is great to crowd source resolutions
3) I was playing around in the car, wondering if there was a way to send ford feedback regarding issues or thoughts of future OTA enhancements - and there is, yet, the topics are stock and you cant write anything in, so:

I know Ford employees monitor this site, but @Administrator is there a thread that tracks all known issues to try to make it easier for Ford to see what is going on so we can get faster fixes, or videos/communications on how to resolve? I am posting in the Mid-Atlantic for ease and comfort before jumping over to the larger shark tank with this...

Multiple issues regarding loss of charge in the Low Voltage Battery. May be cold-related or exacerbated by cold.

This forum has trackers that shows when a delivery notification was sent or Ford Tracker updated. We have tracker tracking trackers!!!

Time to add one for issues.

That is not a tracker of any statistical relevance. Just links to a ton of threads that you would have to fish through to get totals.

Go find my VIN on the tracker on this site. I'll wait. hint: you won't find it, because I didn't put it there. All you're going to find on here are whatever random people felt like telling you.

The best you can hope to get is one place to find a list of issues, which I pointed you to. This entire thread is redundant. The original question was:

I can tell you % colors ordered, trims, states, delivery lead times, time between build and shipment. Literally a bunch of useless information all built on that original spreadsheet that was then made into fancy statistical graphs.

What do you mean you can't do the same for issues? They could literally add a column on there for issues and it would provide the data people are looking for. Even better a % of cars with defects vs deliveries.

you can tell me % of that information for the subset of people here.

want a column on the issues? fine, put together what you think it should look like, share it, and maybe you can get the Admin to sticky it or whatever, or add a free text column for each row in the existing tracker that already doesn't have even the basic stuff you say it does.

but I'm telling you as a fact that it's not going to tell you anything of any real statistical value. This forum isn't a big enough subset of cars shipped, and not everyone is providing complete information in that subset. All it's going to give you is some essentially random numbers.

and by the way, again, the original asker wasn't asking for anything like that. I quoted the original post.

And none of your basically random numbers tells anyone what the issues actually mean, nor what the solutions are, nor any of the discussion about them.

This could be handy if you get your Mach-E and start seeing a problem, and want to quickly check if it's a known problem on this forum already.

Not sure I understand your logic there...but let me provide an example.

If 100 people confirm on this forum they recieved a Mach E. And of that 100, 30 reported they are having a 12V Battery issue. Then we know that of the sample size we have a minimum 30% problem with deliveries made so far. That's a big deal to understand

Now if of the 100, only 1 says they had an issue...well now that's not as concerning. And can probably he assumed an outlier.

I'm confused how that wouldn't be useful to see?

apparently you're ignoring what I'm saying by moving the goalposts (again this thread didn't ask for numbers - read the post), and asking for random information... and you seem to think I don't know what you're talking about with the order tracker, the one that has some but not all of my order info.

what exactly do you want? Be very specific - color is a specific data point. Do you want a column for each "defect"? do you want a count of "defects"? what counts as a defect? what's going to be scalable as people find new issues over time?

that's exactly what the page I linked to is, a list of known problems and discussions about them, and I even added to it myself today with more information like that we seem to have answers about the transponder concern.

Your logic is wrong.

Let me take your numbers and expand. Let's say that 900 people have their car, and haven't reported in here. Then all we know is that 30 out of 1000 people have had a problem. That's 3%.

You're assuming that people reporting on here are representative.
