I think this is normal - my current cars behave the same - as they are not tied to any automatic turn off On logic (same thing as inside lights that turn on when doors open- some cars have Auto, OFF , ON settings and this behavior is same in ON setting)
Yeah but the abnormal is that when the car is off you cant turn that light off, the button doesn't respond.

But the light is off ? If light is on and car is off yeah it’s an issue

I asked a current owner to verify and he said in his MME the rear ambient lighting is working as promised. When I asked him which trim he had, he said he had a First Edition. Wondering if this is an issue with the Premium or other trims.
I have an FE and there's no rear ambient lighting ?

Remote Vehicle Setup isn't working for me. I get the prompt on the screen inside the car after sending the profile from my phone to the car. But then it just hangs and never imports the profile.

Erase the phone and start all over again.
Don't forget to set your door entry code and your backup start code. It seems when you try again the process the app behaves better. The only thing I have noticed is once your phone is set up your MME will be light up even though you are nowhere near it.

So Joel......you had the chance to use Electrify America chargers. From what we heard from Ford the first 5 charges are free. I did not know that we are treated as members of EA network. Can you share your experience please. I am planning a trip and have EA network on my scheduled stops to my destination. Not any time soon but soon I hope.
don’t have mine yet. I was referencing another owner who had taken delivery and expected the Ford pass feature that enables plug and charge to charge him at the lower EA rate but was charged at the non member rate (despite him being a member) since Ford pass hadn’t connected the two accounts

I thought that you can program or set at what level you want the charging to stop but the vehicle will only do 100%.
You have to charge at a location first, and then you can edit the charging level at that location. I forget the exact steps, but they are in the manual IIRC. I think it's in the same screens where you set the "departure" times but I'm not positive

Tim......the is a lot to learn about this pony.
When you are few pages deep into it, you tend to forget what was in the first page.
Sure once I get accustomed to it, I will open that page and see what I am looking for.
I set my schedule of charging up and didn't see the choice of charging level.
If it was there, it wasn't highlighted or offered as a choice. I keep working on it.
I work in the aviation industry, avionics specialty. Working with FMS systems and glass cockpit technologies, it won't y long before I figure it out. Neat thing.....the manuals are at your center screen.
I sit in the pony and the neighbors think that is something wrong with me.

I thought it was an issue, but you just need to clip them inside the plastic holders and it will stop moving. They just come loose from the factory

I clipped it 3 times, still comes loose. Some might be tighter than others. Could just be this MME and no one else.

I will give it a try.
Another way to skin this problem.
The app keeps asking about the energy provider but it is not like the plan.
Although my ChargePoint charger can help me by giving me a promotional code from Duke Energy. Let's hope the code which is available to all EV drivers, has a discount per KW charge rate. I am waiting for a reply.
