That's a massive co-incidence, I'm going through the same painful process. Being passed from pillar to post is yet another example of how easy Ford could make this but have not.Just off the phone with my dealer again....apparently the person I was dealing with before no longer works with them. No big loss there...?
The lady I spoke to said I’m most likely to be dealing with her from now on as she’s dealing with the MME although she’s new to the team!?
I was just looking for an order confirmation so I could look at applying for the Scottish grant for a home charge point.
Unfortunately it was her manager’s day off. She’s going to phone me back tomorrow and also find out when my vehicle is expected to arrive.
I’m not holding my breath. ?
For me it's the OLEV grant I'm after and I've contacted my dealer and also put down my feelings about Ford and how s*** this online sales process has been as no-one is taking responsibility for anything. Ford tells people to contact the dealer..... the dealer doesn't have the right info or ownership of the sale to assist. It's all freaking useless.
