Ford giving Mach-E owners additional 250kWh complimentary DC charging - total 500kWh

All I get at the connected services site is "Activate Trial" and 250. How do you register for the 500 deal?

earlier in the thread:

You won't need to do anything extra than what you would normally do to activate the original free 250 kW trial via Plug and Charge. Now you'll get 500 free kW.

So if you qualify, you get 500, not 250. It just happens.

There was this footnote as well to cover "someone already turned it on":

If activation/enrollment is already complete, additional 250 kWh of complimentary DC fast charging will be available in April.​

For those of us who have no way to use the original free 250kw, or the additional 250kw, it might be nice if we could reassign them to someone else.

As a Canadian in BC, there has been no information given about any free kw and here you guys get even more.
Ironically this VP included Canada in his credentials though.
Hopefully there is something coming our way that I'm yet aware of, but good for you at least

I completely understand both of these comments. I'd happily take someone else's credits. ?

I think the concern around trading the credits for cash would be determining the actual value since the cost of EA can vary by location and even the way it's billed (per time or per kWh) can vary, so how do you actually put a value on it?

No news yet. I have a Ford Officer looking into it. I should have some information with next couple days.

Being cautious is a good thing. But this is a legit program that is happening.

The sign up site is broken and I can't sign up and no one can help me. I'm really loosing my patience with Ford and wishing I had not bought this car to be honest. Way too much trouble so far.

Anyway, only 250 went in after they helped get me signed up. Not suer if the other 250 will go in later.

Did you get the email? If so, I assume you'll get 500kWh instead of 250kWh when your sign-up issues are worked out.
