More in terms of where the market is heading. Could be totally wrong but in five to ten years the car works well be starting to look different. Maybe a bit optimistic. At least with the mach-e in going to have fun in the meantime.
Unfortunately no rebate for me in Canada plus the price is more in Cad.

Just over a month and 1500 miles in and I have absolutely no regrets buying my first Ford vehicle sight unseen. In my opinion despite the issues that have popped up for many (Screen/Wind Noise, PAAK issues, Etc) Ford delivered exactly what was promised and its a phenomenal car that was absolutely worth the wait.

My early concerns were the technology end and Ford's ability to update and keep the car current. Based on my experience with Fordpass, PAAK and really anything tech related, they have a lot to learn and improve on. My dealer was nothing short of incredible, but the Fordpass and marketing teams have been completely clueless on how to fix the various issues I've had which has been overwhelmingly frustrating. It seems Ford trained literally no one on handling Mach-E connected services issues which is ridiculous.

Bottom line which I tell people who ask is if you take the car and drive it as is with no tech it's exceptional. Looks great, drives great and just works as I hoped....

I would say the only thing that comes close to a regret is that I find the ride to be quite bouncy to the point that I was getting nauseous the first few days of driving my Mach-E. Not just bouncy like hitting potholes, but it is pretty much like the car rocks from front to back as you drive along the expressway. It is almost a rocking horse kind of motion. I have worked to adjust what I can and am curious to try adding weight in either end of the vehicle to see if things balance out a bit. I will admit though that I love everything about this car other than that so much that I am almost happy to look past it. I'm hoping to figure something out on the bounciness though.
Yeah I am noticing this, too. But not all the time. I usually get the bounciness while on the freeway with cruise control set.

On certain roads I'm getting a ton of rapid vibration in the accelerator pedal. This just happens on certain stretches... Could be something with the pavement, though I don't remember this in the Fiesta. (And I felt pretty much every little thing while driving the Fiesta.)

The bounciness is new for me. My neck was tired after my test drive and I didn't realize until a few days later that it's from the bouncies.

Yeah, it isn't the smoothest ride out there, but it's my fourth mustang so I have no qualms whatsoever about the ride. It rides smoother than any of my previous three, but I also turned off the 1 pedal drive after a few weeks and find the ride better as a conventional 2 pedal experience. For your "bounciness" you might need to adjust your speed a little faster or slower to avoid the harmonics of the seams in the highway.
Yep, this harmonics hypothesis makes sense. I'm noticing less "bouncies" as the days go by, so either I'm getting used to it, or I'm getting better at circumventing, or something's changed in the suspension (unlikely?).

As to the topic of this post...

My only regret is that I was hoping this was going to be easier for my dad to enter and exit, but the tall door sills make this fairly challenging for him. It's also harder to park (the Fiesta has a significantly smaller footprint). Otherwise, I'm super happy with the purchase.

Yes, there are issues. Especially with Ford's cloud services, the FordPass app, and the car's SYNC and charging stuff. But coming from MyFordTouch, I wasn't expecting this to be issue free. I just with there were less bugs at this time, and I'm hopeful that the first year of OTAs will be especially focused on fixing errors, stability/reliability, usability, and performance.

As others have said, I'm much happier driving this Mustang than my previous car. This is especially true as we get back into air conditioning season here in Phoenix. The Fiesta was pretty fun to drive with the A/C off. It was never fun to drive when A/C was required.

I love to own a MME Premium AWD ER . . But Ford dealers in my area suck either in sales or service. And, service i'm more concerned about. Even with my concerns I will likely order a '22 model when some of the kinks and flaws get ironed out. . . I'm too old to take on a guinea pig role.
None at all - I love my MME; it's the best car I've ever owned. I wish I had the extended range battery, which would give me more flexibility in long trips, but I didn't spec the car. My only complaint is with the FordPass app which frankly sucks.

Picked up my Infinite Blue Premium last Friday. I have no regrets/remorse at this point.

However, I have had the same issues reported by many regarding the PaaK being "iffy" at best. Works sometimes and not others. Even the auto unlock with the key fob and auto lock when you walk away is iffy too.

Certainly a number of tech issues that I expect Ford will fix via the OTA process.

I'm very pleased in how the car drives and handles. Seating is quite comfortable. But, 'll admit that I don't have as many miles and butt time on mine as some others in this forum so my views may alter with time.

Did my first charge with the Ford Connected charger and that was flawless.

Very glad I waited and didn't jump ship to one of the other EV's out there.

How real is this bounce? My first test drive was with a SR AWD and thought the drive was very nice. Went to another dealer who had the ER AWD and noticed the most nauseating bounce with all types of driving.

Interestingly, a week later Ford released a statement about bolts being lose on the undercarriage so I just assumed this vehicle was effected. At any rate, I’m a little worried because I ordered an ER AWD...

Rapid Red First Edition. Coming from a Tesla Model Y Long Range with Full Self-Driving and I have no regrets. It is everything I wanted the Y to be but wasn't.

No regrets here either.

I'm a little bummed about the FordPass software not always working properly, especially since we're in Winter and in Canada which reduces the distance when things don't work. (I leave my car outside and the only way to pre-condition the battery is with Departure Times and they don't always work, this morning, my car was not ready for a reason I will never know). I still have enough distance to do my every day needs, but I just hope the pre-conditionning will work when I have a longer road to do in winter time.

I would say that's the only thing that bothers me. I know someone who sold their MME 2 weeks after getting it at a loss because they said they didn't like how it drove, but they came from Porche Macan, so maybe the MME was too stiff for them, they didn't really go into the details about why they didn't like the MME, just said he didn't like how it felt.

My biggest regret is changing my build to Red, wife insisted we get Red. As my car is set to be built the first week of April and I got impatient and bought a buyer refused delivery car. Now I face the prospect of 2 Red cars when I really wanted a Grey one. Never intended to buy two, was wanting a Bronco and MachE but now 2 Mustangs seems to be the way to go.

No regrets at all for buying a Rapid Red FE. I like all the FE amenities, well worth the extra money.

I have no regrets at all over the FE GB, just in love with the color, my heart flutters whenever I look at her.

My minor annoyance is the lack of the liftgate button inside the car. Do a lot of curbside pickups and I miss just pushing the button to open and close the back. Use fob/paak, but that's my only beef with the car.

The only other possible regret is that I underestimated the reduction in open space for my 2 golden retrievers. I sat in the back seat during the Mach-E tour last fall, and didn't think there would be an issue of transporting the dogs around, but my IRL experiences in the month I've had the car make it a tighter fit than I expected. That's all on me.... But I'm comfortable behind the wheel, so all is good.

Unless I am misunderstanding - there is a lift gate button under "access" on the touch screen you can use to open it without needing your phone.

I have an older Australian Shephard, and although I have not taken delivery of the MMe yet, I worry about him getting in and out. It would have helped if the back doors opened wider to a full 90% like my Honda CR-V.
