Well son of a.... I got it, too. I really don’t have anywhere to use it except maybe if I take the longer route through Topeka on my way up to KC, but I might give it a shot.

So looks like I'm the only one so far that was only given 244kw instead of 250?

I had a balance of 176kw, and after the credit I have 420kw.

Ford Mustang Mach-E Ford giving Mach-E owners additional 250kWh complimentary DC charging - total 500kWh 1617890102977

I show 500 now too....

Question.... how to I get this balance to be reflected on my Electrify America account, or does it not work like that?

It doesn't work like that. In order to use the balance, you have to activate the EA station through the FordPass app (or with Plug & Charge).

Sorry if the answer to this is buried in the previous 18 pages, but I'm gonna ask...
I just logged in on my desktop, and see that I can choose to "Activate Trial" of FordPass Charging Network. (I think I understand that doing this is how to get the 250 free Kw.) BEFORE I activate, though, does a clock run on the free trial? If so, for how long? It will likely be quite some time before I have need of a DC fast charge.

Found it; 2 years. Guess I'll sign up today and see if the free 250 comes to me.

The free trial for the FordPass Network is 2 years, but somebody pointed out somewhere that the free kWh bundle is actually good for 3 years. Though I'm not sure how you would use it that last year unless you pay for the FordPass Network. Either way, I don't think the date you activate matters because I'm pretty sure they both start from the date you bought the car.

Furthermore, the 2 years starts from the day of purchasing the vehicle, so the clock was already running.

Additional 250 kWh showed up in my account too, no delay letter but my car was built 1/8 and I received it at end of March. Only gotcha -- I see the balance on the connected services link online, but the FordPass network link has disappeared from my app???

I did a road trip to Los Angeles yesterday and I was surprised to see Ford added another 250kWh to my account when I stopped by a EA station!

anyone else's button not work when you click the activate trial button? I can't seem to get it to turn on. I click activate trial, and then "continue" on the next page and the website says it cannot be completed.
