My dealer did not know anything about this process. Says I was the first to ever use it. Clearly a lot of new processes with the Mach E between Options and online check out that dealers are having to deal with. The nice thing is having companies like Carvana which seem to be giving fair prices so when dealing the the dealer you have an offer in hand. What the dealer does with that is yet to be seen. Ford seems to be trying to move into the 21st century and on of the positives vs Tesla was its many dealers. Feels like there is a lot of catch up between the two that needs to be happening.I really hope this is the case but worry that Ford really can't force dealers to do anything because they are independent businesses that can rally together to push back against Ford for anything that will cut into their profits such as automatically accepting a fair trade-in value.
