I'm going with some black stripes on the sides. Remove the emblems, 3" or 4" stripes like on a Mach 1, but, with Mach-E, of course. I am in contact with a local shop who does custom work. But, I may try a DIY option through an internet stripe vendor.
If you’ve got a shop locally that will talk to you, I’d do that. I only went DIY because there isn’t anyone in my local area. There’s a couple shops doing commercial vehicle wraps but they wouldn’t even talk to me about doing this. DIY is fun to learn, but never quite as good as a professional.

Looks good. Can you share your process of removing the pony emblems? TIA
SimS
Rear pony removal:
This one has two body clips molded into it and then is covered in emblem tape. Use some stout fishing line to get behind the pony and saw the fishing line back and forth, working toward the middle. This will cut through the emblem tape until you hit the molded clip. Do this from all sides to loosen the tape. THEN lay a pad on the paint to protect it and slide a body clip tool under the edge from the proper direction to pry the clips out of the body panel. Here’s a photo to show the orientation of the two clips so you can get around them.

Front Pony removal:
This one is a little harder as the emblem has three posts extending from the back of it that have push nuts on the back. Sorry I didn’t take a photo of them while it was off.
What I had to do for that was to remove the frunk and pry the push nuts off the back of the posts. With the frunk out, you can get a screwdriver or pry bar through the frunk latch opening. With the nuts jimmied off the posts, the emblem just comes right off. I broke one of the posts in doing this but there was no way I was going to get push nuts back on anyway. So it is now held on with some emblem tape.

To remove the frunk:
Screw off the frunk bump stops.
Pull the covers from around the frunk, as if you were trying to get to the battery. Pull the 5 covers highlighted in red, they pop right off with a screwdriver.
Each of the yellow dots indicated a hidden 10mm bolt to remove. The two blue dots indicate hidden torx bit bolts.
With all the bolts removed, lift the frunk slightly and disconnect the wires to the light and interior frunk release. Then the frunk will lift right out of the car.

If I was getting black, I wanted some color. The wife was onboard. So today, after getting my custom order from StripeSource.com, I have stripes.
My first time ever doing vinyl. So if you get close, it’s not perfect. But I’m pretty proud of my work and think my Mach-E now looks better than yours.
Black Mach-E, Red Calipers, Red Super Snake stripes. Maybe some black rims when it’s time to get some snow tires, but for now, I can rock this.

Do you have pictures or procedure for the front pony removal ? Also, how does the strip fill in the concave spaced under the pony. No creases or folds since it is not flat ?

It’s not the best going into the concave part. I ended up cutting the vinyl and trying to stretch it into the recessed area but it still wanted to bunch up a bit. For DIY, I’m happy. If professional installation had been a choice, I would have been happier.
And I don’t have photos of removing the front pony. But it is explained above.

I wondered how over the top stripes would work with the glass roof. Came out much better than I would have imagined. ?
Absolutely! Looks great! It really changes and enhances the already nice looks of the MME!

Just curious. Why did you remove the frunk?

Couldn’t get to the back side of the posts on the front pony with the frunk covering most of the latch opening. By removing the frunk entirely, there was a large enough opening around the frunk latch to remove the push nuts from the posts on the pony. Only way I saw to access these and get the front pony off.

@Murse-In-Airy , Thanks for the details on Pony removal and for the referral to StripeSource.com. The local shop is super busy. They aren't scheduling any work until May! I sent an email to StripeSource to get information from them.
