I'm getting my I-Pace with the 20" wheels. The 18s just didn't look right and the 22s are too much of a sacrifice in ride & range. So the 20s seem to be the best balance and still look really nice.

I didn't know you could build an I-Pace that reached 100k. Are you sure?

A 2019 Jag I-PaceHSE demo with 5,124 miles (never titled so tax credits exist) is listed for $54,701 with a sticker price of $88,088.00. is for sale at Northern Pittsburgh, Pa Jaguar dealership. This should provide some information on depreciation.

Better the selling dealer absorb the depreciation than the buyer. :)

When you pay full MSRP it’s you that takes on the bulk of the depreciation.

All these new cars have issues, including Teslas. Most of the issues with the I-Pace were at the beginning. A number of updates have made things much better. Anyone expecting 'trouble-free' from the ME is kidding themselves.

Picked up my new I-Pace today and I am just wowed! The fit & finish is just perfect. Body panels in perfect alignment, materials top notch, just a gorgeous car. Everything works perfectly. After the dealer did all the firmware updates on the car, my range is now showing 257 miles. I'll see how that translates in the real world, but from what I've read, range has definitely been increased from the original EPA estimate.

The car handles like a sports car and is actually quieter than my traded-in Tesla. It takes rough roads much better than my Tesla and the ride is more comfortable, even on the 20" tires.

My wife who was wowed by the interior and just 'liked' the exterior, now thinks it's a beautiful car inside & out. She said it's growing on her rapidly.

I couldn't be happier with this car! :)

Can't say I'm not jealous!

I've been dreaming about an i-Pace for about a year now, but it's just too expensive for me and, where I live, there are no deals like the one you got .

I could probably get a heavily discounted one from Germany (I've seen such deals there), but in the long run it would end up costing a lot more than the Mach E. Some taxes here are based on the car's official retail value, so no matter where I get it from or for how much, I'd still be paying like it was a much more expensive car. Not to mention insurance etc.

Oh well, very happy for you though :)

Symos, thanks, and yes I too wouldn’t have considered an I-Pace at its MSRP. I‘ve never seen nor bought such a heavily discounted car, certainly not one of this caliber.

Interestingly my insurance went down $240/year from my 2017 Tesla. So even there things improved.

I got my first OTA update last night on the car, so it’s nice to see that similar Tesla functionality working as promised.

Look on-line and find an I-Pace out of state or your immediate area to find a discount.

Thanks, as I said I did look outside my area (which is obviously in the EU, otherwise I wouldn't be looking at Germany).

However, as I explained it's not just a matter of how much the car will cost, but also what the total cost of ownership will be (taxes, insurance etc.). And these don't take into account the price you paid, only the "official" retail price the car has locally.

I've also been considering getting a 2020 I-Pace due to the discounts and the 0% interest. Some of these are getting discounted close enough to the price of the Premium Extended Range AWD to really question the Mach-E.

I wonder if the Discount amounts are a coincidence? Hmmmmm.

Have not seen any significant discounts on the 2020 model year. The major ones are for the 2019 ones, and it ranges from $20-25k. When I compared, the low end I-Pace (AWD 230mile range) was $72k => $47k.
