As I've said before, in nearly 3 years of ownership and visiting a myriad of SCs, I've ever had to wait. Not once.

And c'mon, you should know that even though Tesla will cut you to 80% when it's a high use charging array, you can manually raise it back to whatever you like.

But you apparently didn’t know you could raise the 80% level set by Tesla.

You didn’t mention that. What you said was this, “The full means we all get half charge and it's high use so Tesla automatically cuts us back to 80% charge max.”

There was no clarification beyond that that I saw, so it seemed apparent you didn’t realize you could override that if necessary. I do agree it’s rude if it isn’t absolutely necessary.

My friend has had a model 3 since September. He has had to wait several times. It doesn't help that three out of the six chargers have been broken for several months.

Point being, anecdotal evidence isn't the best.

That may be true, but my first-hand experience at a multitude of superchargers, show them to be more reliable than is implied here. They are far more reliable, truth be told, then the current state of Electrify America.
