The only thing I observed is that the Lane Keep assist steering vibration does not work at all.
There's Lane Keep Vibration? Mine's never vibrated. Only flashed the message and ding'd.

I just hope the folks within Ford are paying attention. I just spent 3 hours resetting everything clear all my keys, deleted my vehicle and built it back from scratch. Finally my lock ulock is working but the car PaaK will not start now. And any attempt to enter the back up code throws a system error. I have restarted Sync 4, reinstalled Ford Pass no dice.

I'm just baffled Ford would release this non-serious frankenstein software that actually breaks the car. Ordinarily I would take it back to the dealer but I suspect they don't have a clue either. A second key fob is now on its way. The entire PaaK team should have had to faced the nightmare I dealt with today. They would take this a bit more seriously.
I had the same problem after 1 hr I wanted to take a rest and try in the morning. So since dint work with my phone I wanted to try with another phone. I sent up the Bluetooth the install FordPass from scratch then add the phone as a key and it work. Took my old pans I try again and it work as well. So no idea what happen yesterday but got it to work.

Don't think the cord is supposed to be coiled up like that in your profile picture when charging due to heat.

I try but the dealership told me they don’t have it on their system to be able to installed. I think was more as an excuse for not doing the job.

I mean heat generated by the charge cord being coiled. It could melt and/or start a fire

It does sound like the dealer is making stuff up. Not sure why they wouldn't have the software if it's been available for awhile now (even before Ford officially sent out the notice)

Perhaps you could call the Ford Customer Relationship Center.

For some reason the recall is VIN based. So it is possible your car was not listed.

To the OP. do you know when the car was produced?

Sounds like it is mostly working. So IMO don't take it in for update. Wait for OTA.

I had mine done today. It took about 2 hours to do.

PAAK works flawlessly now. Unlocks every single time I press the button on the door now. Also, it seems to lock every time I walk away. It now shows a push notification on my phone that says something along the lines of Your car has been automatically locked when I walk away.

It was the only "issue" that I really had and with it now working as expected. I love the car even more. It seems much more responsive now as well when I do a remote operation on the phone like start the car, roll down windows. Before it there was like a 3-5 second lag, but now it just takes a second and it is done.

I had it done to my car today as well. Tried yesterday but the dealer had a Ford server issue keeping their computer from getting necessary updates to update the car. I was there about 30 minutes yesterday. Went back today and in less than an hour they performed the “recall” and SSM 49676 for the driver door issue. So far so good. I too am now getting the “walk away lock” notification on my phone.

Yup guess it was down for everyone. I had it in yesterday and they couldn't do it.

Got it back today and it's worked way better. 0 issues with it not finding the key.

The only thing it the Ford pass app seems to use much more battery than before. I force stop it until i know I'm going out

I got the PaaK update done at the dealership and noticed that my car photo is not greyed out. Any ideas on how I can get this back?

So it's sounding like the app buttons are working, and not PAAK. They're separate things. Your PAAK is not working at all.

If the app Lock and Unlock buttons work, I'm guessing the remote Start button does too. Remote Start is not actually Starting the car to drive it (you still need a fob or PAAK for that). Remote start simply turns the climate control on (and heated seats/steering wheel on if needed) to precondition the cabin. It's a bit of a misnomer to actually call it "Start".
You think it is just cabin conditioning and nothing related to the BMS is going on?
Yes no way of turning it off that I can see. I think just alert has gotten rid of the shaky front end for me. When I test drove it I thought something was wrong with the front end of the car till I realized it did not like my test driving style. Off would be good but limited seems to work also. It kicks back in when cruise lane centering is on. If you try to merge back in after a passing lane on a two way highway without your signal light first you get the shaky front end.
