No physical knobs for the climate controls. The slider is way too small and fickle to be adjusting the temperature when driving on concrete roads and your hand is bouncing around. I can only adjust the temperature at stoplights.
You can also control the temperature with voice control

I was rather anti voice-control when I bought the car. I've found myself using stuff like that more and more though rather than trying to use the center screen while driving.

Old Dog, new tricks. They can happen.

I don't like the seats. I would have paid extra for 'performance seats' if they were lighter, firmer, with better shoulder bolster, and a more breathable cover like microsuede... I DONT want or need 8-way motors with memory, but seat heat would be nice without the rest of 'comfort package' cost.

I'd REALLY like to see a 'traction control' on/off button on the dash rather than several clicks deep in the Console menu. I want to get to it FAST if I am winter driving and get into some deep snow or icy conditions I may need all 4 wheels powering...

Console Screen is just TOO big, and sticks up... looks bad to me, and sure does get hot if you happen to be driving South.

I'd like to see brushed AL doorsills.... The black plastic shows every bit of (brown) dust/dirt from shoe scuffs getting in and out.

The rear cargo screen 'capture' rods are a very poor design... un-hook spontaneously from catch if the flap in the wind.... and the whole retainer cover splits and flys off if you have a tall item in cargo and shut the hatch. This need to be retractable, foldable, or have better retention clips

And, I think it's a big mistake not to offer factory/Dealer installed tow package for an SUV. Torklift and others have aftermarket available now, but lack of light harness is a bit of a pain.

A factory/Dealer tow package. Even if just for bike racks and a tow rating of 1000 lb. I had a crappy low tow rating on my Honda Crosstour at 1500 lb but I could install the wiring harness and hitch which I did do. Hitch for the bike rack and then I needed to tow a trailer once so the wiring harness was cheap add.

A easy access button for the rear hatch.
A power front seat that I can raise and lower the font and rear of it independently instead of raising the entire seat as one unit.

remote start from the keyfob.

Cooled vent seats.

A nice to have and I would of even been willing to pay for it. Power adjustable steering wheel with memory as my wife and I have very different setting there. It was really cool in a Ford Edge that we rent once.

I would have liked power adjust on the steering wheel and pedals. I think it came down to weight savings. But I’m not sure about that. They did a bunch of cost savings stuff to this car that they would never have done to an F-150, a Ford GT, or a real Mustang. Things like striping the instrument panel of useful information, expecting the owner to provide the second key, etc.

Yeah the certainly had a price point in mind designing these.

You can always use voice commands to tell it what temp to set it on. Just used it yesterday for the first time and it worked great. I agree it's too hard to adjust the slider while driving.

The cheap and flimsy charge port door. It is held closed by a little piece of plastic that doesn’t look too sturdy and I can never open it on the first try.
I'm good with opening it. But I can never get it to latched closed on the first try .... usually takes at least three tries

While we're on it...Setting the climate to "max" auto should turn on max a/c, especially when the interior is 100+ from being in full sun all day.

You know...first world problems.
If you're set to auto-hi (three lights), with the temperature setting at 72F or less in 100+F outside temperatures, the system will go to max a/c for the first x minutes in order to cool the cabin as aggressively as possible.

As far as I am aware, the precondition while unplugged actually works now. You should be able to set a departure time and have the car pre-cooled.

Hard disagree. I love the glass roof on mine. Also, it’s not too difficult to not have the glass roof.
To each, his own. My sunroof has been closed for 23 years now.

In fact, it is too difficult to avoid the glass roof - that's my real beef. I want the GT PE with the Co-Pilot package, but that is available only with the glass roof. I had to order the regular GT to get the steel roof. Yes, I know - life is so unfair!
