I think ours just had this happen. Last night, wouldn't start only went into full accessory mode. After many attempts to start it several lights started coming on the dash and then no power at all. Completely dead.

The vehicle has been in for the PAAK reprogramming and has shown these codes almost every other day since delivery in February but never shut down and went dead like this.

The high voltage battery is charged at 72%.

1. Connect a battery charger to the 12-volt battery.
NOTE: To prevent the battery saver mode from activating on the vehicle, make sure the negative cable of the charger is installed on a chassis or engine ground, and not the 12-volt battery negative terminal. Do not have the vehicle plugged into the high voltage battery charger during programming. This can cause incorrect module programming. Make sure only the 12-volt battery charger is installed.
Wonder of that is noting the clicking sound we got when @ChasingCoral and I hooked the 12V to a 12V charger back in February? So access to the positive terminal and body gnd. I have a feeling that will happen here eventually.

November build and that error has not been seen here to date. It is now just performing perfect. I am touch wood as typing ;) but the Karma is strong.

Dec 10 build here. Was towed to closest dealer, which is an hour from where I work....at a Ford Dealer....Just too risky to get just any tow when the drivers aren't familiar with these vehicles yet. The joys of my partner working a little over an hour away from where we live...

I have had a ton of those codes exactly the same, even the Pony LED wasn't working. Went into the OBD2 with a scanner and cleared several Modules so far the Pony LED's came back but I will have to drive the vehicle again for a distance to see if the other codes come back. I will write them down next time. Shouldn't be guessing! Interesting to see the exact same codes, pretty scary for sure!

The Pony LED lights do work, never seem to have a problem with them BUT the other codes is cause for concern. My dealer I work at must have no idea what all the codes mean because they never said anything about it. Thankfully I have access to the connected vehicle section with Ford to see these...

Update:
Vehicle towed to dealer that was the nearest by. Tech wrote in the description 'very difficult to diagnose' Charged the low voltage battery, codes would not clear. Then he removed the battery terminal for 10min. reconnected and codes cleared.

He listed all of the codes that point to the TSB for PCM reprogramming....Thankfully it is running again and at least it was able to be driven home. But I did just check again this morning in OASIS and when we picked it up last night, same Diagnostic Trouble codes.

Towne Ford Service in Redwood City do not have properly trained technicians that are educated enough about the MME to work on them. So if anyone is in that area of the Bay please be cautious, I plan to email the service manager to let him know what happened so they can better service customers in the future.

I'm in Fremont and I use Fremont Ford, supposedly they are certified Mach-E techs. I wasn't impressed, took them 6 hours to program the PAAK update and had to call Ford Engineers to get thru the programing. I'm not happy with the lack of knowledge these dealers have!

Agreed. I work at Bill Brandt in Brentwood, just spoke to my service manager. He said they made the same mistake a while ago before the MME came out, just unhooking the battery to clear the codes and the next day the was back.

From now on they immediately go in to OASIS and look at the TSB and report that comes OTA from the car. They're going to re-program every module they can for us. The training is a joint effort of the dealership to get their technicians the education, and Ford to provide adequate training.

It wouldn't open for me, I assumed the link may have expired. Sorry didn't mean to be redundant!
Not a problem at all. It works fine for me so not sure what the issue is on your end.

They should always be doing this on any Ford vehicle that comes in with more than a simple code, that's concerning if that's a change for them. There's definitely no room for techs to be guessing about the fixes for technical problems on the Mach-E with all the service information available, they need to go by the book and follow the TSBs on OASIS. Real simple to search by DTCs now too, and you don't even have to connect a scan tool to see codes with OTA data. So easy!

To me, searching for a DTC code and having instructions come up is about as simple as using Google, so I'm really taken aback why this requires "training", especially since that's the process for all Ford vehicles. Search, read, follow procedure. It's not rocket science unless you can't read.

I have to agree with mach-lee on this one. In PTS there is a 'diagnostics' section where you type the code and it shows applicable TSBs/SSMs. It is super easy and quick to get to before diving into any other diagnosis. This has been a thing for YEARS and there's no reason they shouldn't already be using. Saves diagnostic time.
