This video indicates to me that the car on display (behind glass) in the sneak preview tour was actually in a showroom where you would be able to touch it and sit in it (Amsterdam I guesstimate).

I’m visiting Den Haag tomorrow and will ask there where the car will go after the sneak preview and if there is a possibility to see and touch it outside of it’s “aquarium”.

Nice video. Wonder what that noise is? Artificial engine sounds and/or just the (brand new) tyres that are squealing?

The rubber of the tires on the slick ceramic tile of the showroom floor.

Went today to the sneak preview, nice to see the car in real life (behind glass). Photos are not worth sharing, glass was like a mirror. Could not take a good picture.

Strangely enough the car felt bigger in real life than expected seeing the pictures and movies online and in the meantime gave me a more sporty feeling (less SUV) -> which is a good thing to my opinion.

The car is not transported in the glass container but driven in, so if you have a good contact at the local dealer you can be there when this is done.

It will not be displayed after the tour in a showroom in NL. The showroom presentation you see in the video was a press presentation in Amsterdam before the start of the sneak preview tour. After the tour the car will be transported to an, for the Ford representative, unknown location.

I had the same feeling, i was surprised how the big the car was although I knew the dimensions upfront (it's for example longer than my current Peugeot 308 SW). It definitely looks very sporty, so can't wait to get my hands on it next year.

Same feeling here, car looks way bigger in real life then I expected upfront. Positively surprised by looks of the car. Same struggles here with the pics, tried to make some but they all look like this haha.

Checked about how it was being picked up, but they told me they would put it with the glass cage on the trailer, no unloading there unfortunately. Seems bit strange to me, but didn't want to wait to be sure.

The video further ahead and the access ramps stored under the MME seem to pave the opposite .....

For safe transport of a car, you must secure all wheels with lashing straps. I don't see any possibilities in the glass container, but maybe there are some possibilities under the tile floor??
Or they just don't want to have any public during the loading/unloading: touching the car, demanding to sit inside, etc.

I sat in this car when it was lounched in February somewhere in some Castle. This car is not a production model of course but one of the few cars that is completely build by hand. The car looks as if it's completely ready to drive, but when you look inside there are some small details that are not finished yet. At the time there was once cable hanging loose for example. The automatic opening of the hood didn't work yet, and small things like that.

That was not an issue off course as it was a fully hadmade car and just used for introduction. It sits really nice. The dasboard looks great. I like the sound bar. But maybe the fact that this specific car is just 95% complete that they don't want to give people wrong impressions.

Another thing. I like the car, but is it just me that I think that the gap between the wheel and the body should is quite big for a sporty car? It's been a while since I seen it in real life, so maybe once you see it in real life this is different, so therefore my question.

Didn't really believe the story neither, perhaps it was an easy way to get rid of me ;)
Especially with the driving plates still below the car haha.

@Rob don't think it was too high on its wheels, gave it a more impressive look if you ask me.

A good reason to enjoy more of the Christmas turkey, so when you'll receive the Mach 3, you probably have gained some weight and that gap will be smaller ??
