Hello everyone,

Like most of you, I am anxiously waiting the arrival of my very own Mach-E. I found that the Ford order tracker has a lag to it and took it upon myself to find better options for the status of my car. Below are links to all of the tools I have been using. Some of them are ones everyone knows about (like palsapp) but others I not so much. Hope these help! Also, I am a salesman for Ford so if anyone ever has any questions please feel free to ask! I usually have an answer for most of the questions I see on this form. I just now took it upon myself to make a profile to try and help out.

Palsapp: (This is the trucking company that ships the cars)
Home - JCT Pals Portal (palsapp.com)

Module site: (This website will tell you if the modules are live in your car) ....This one is great to see if your car is on a chip hold. If the modules are love then your car is done.
Index - FordServiceInfo.Com (motorcraftservice.com)

Ford order tracker: (Everyone knows this one but just in case someone does not)

Lots of threads about this, but here are the ones I am using in addition to palsapp and the Ford Tracker.

Provides more data than the Ford Tracker, but I believe it is just pulling the hidden data from the Ford Tracker site.

This is supposed to be the trucking company that is used at the end of the second rail ride. I have not confirmed it works because my MME is still on the train from Mexico, but others have used it.

There is also a site that you can use to try to find the train your car is on, but another forum member will need to provide that link. It takes a lot more research to figure that one out and I am not planning to use it. So I don't have the link handy.

Oh, and then there is the Vehicle Visibility Report (VVR) which is probably one of the best sources to help you track your MME. That one only the dealer has access to, but maybe your dealer will share it with you.

So, I think all of us are aware of Palsapp and the Order Tracker. The Module site is new to me.

I'm seeing a few hundred lines of data that are all random characters. What is an example of a chip hold module on that screen once you enter your VIN?

Right below where it says "download file" in green there will be there should be a very long list of modules. That is an example of them being live. You should not have to click the download file button. If there is nothing there ( I think mine just had the letter G) then the modules are not live and the vehicle has not been completed.

Is there some way to translate the codes into something we can understand? Or is the only use to find out if your MME is built?

Well now I'm confused. I also have a G, but I have a huge list of modules and I got a shipped notification that the car is on a train

If it is a very long list of code, then your Mach-E has been built and has its chips. If it is less than a page, then the modules are not live which means it has not been completed or it does not have all its chips.

If there is a long list of modules then you are good. If it is just a G by itself with nothing else then the car has not been chipped. From what you are telling me, you are all good.

Sorry I don't understand the Module Site reference "love in your car". Can you clarify. Thanks.

I am so sorry. That was a typo. I meant to put "live"

that module site is a great way to check chip'ed.
Another great way to know is by adding the car to your Fordpass app. If the "activate vehicle" button pops up, then your Mach-E is completed and is not on a chip hold.
