103/104 trap speed. Interesting. Better than every consumer-purchased GTPE that I've seen, but only matches the Premium trap speeds.

Ok I’ve only read the first two so far. Can GTPE owners chime in? Autoblog mentioned the ride being harsh over bumps, opinions?

Side note, it seems ARSTechnica thinks the Performance Edition is the trim to get but Autoblog says it’s not worth the money. Interesting takes

I only saw one 1/4 mile run so far, but that was a consumer purchased vehicle (he posted those runs last week on Facebook).

These articles seem to be the preliminary reviews still. The day before and during the AutoX.

So doesn’t seem like the “official” 1/4 mile testing we were hoping for.

I haven’t made it through them all yet though. So maybe it’s in there hidden?

Since they are just short drives, I’m betting everyone was in unbridled mode, which should also be the stiffest magnaride setting. It should be stiffer than a GT.

From the InsideEvs article:

"We also learned that Ford will soon be making two important improvements to all Mustang Mach-E's through OTA software updates. First, they will be increasing the usable battery capacity on the extended range battery pack from 88 kWh to 91 kWh. Opening up the extra 3 kWh will add about 12 miles of range to the vehicles. Ford tells us they are confident that allowing customers to access the additional battery won't contribute to faster battery degradation."

Nice to finally have confirmation that the 21s are getting the extra usable capacity too.

Tom's review on InsideEV's is fantastic. He always seems to give a good unbiased review despite owning and being a fan of Tesla. His reviews of chargers are an absolute must if you are in the market.

From what I heard, he experienced the biggest difference between the GT and the GT PE in handling due to the mangeride and likely the stickier shoes.

Glad these are no longer embargoed. Maybe some of the critiques will force Ford to address the charging complaints and eventually the software.

Like Christmas morning!
More like Christmas morning and you find out you got a pair of socks.

They made us wait months for this? A few more “official reviewers,” but zero “official reviews.”

Where are the track tests? Drag strip, real road course. Skidpad numbers? Braking distance? Head to head drag races? Anything?

This is just a long list of fluff pieces of people telling us it feels pretty quick, handles pretty well, looks pretty good and is pretty comfortable.

Tell us something we don’t know. No really! We want to know the stuff we don’t already know!

I did at least find this nugget from Motorauthority “Unlike other performance cars, the suspension isn’t adaptable on its own but tied directly to the Performance Edition’s drive modes: Whisper, Engage, and Unbridled. Unfortunately, drivers who want to set the suspension into a different mode by itself will be disappointed, though Ford said such capability could be added at a later date via an OTA update.”

That last bit is like me saying "I *could* clean out the basement today but..."

Endgadget says "What’s more, Ford is offering two years of complimentary use of its Blue Oval Charge Network.". Dont recollect seeing that elsewhere
