FE is the VIPs...they are first in line  All FE should be delivered by end of the year. All other trims (Select, Premium, CA-1) are grouped together in economy. GT are the slated for summer of 2021.
Along with some others. There aren’t enough FE to fill the manufacturing space through the end of the year. I have a premium order and res #10004247 and think I will see mine before year end too.

Withstand 4000-series number (release day time stamp) I think you’ll definitely be driving your Mach E this year. My only question is where the first NA customer reservations of Premiums fall in the build queue: before or after FCTP and EU/UK units. The difference world be early November vas early December assembly.

Yep, there is probably less than 2,000 First Edition’s going to NA. A lot of dealers will never see one delivered.

Even with the production line running in a slow “start- up mode” of well below the eventual production rate --- it will only take a couple of weeks or so to finish the FE’s.

The bulk of the orders by far will be the Premiums and that will probably take at least a two or three month production run for NA.

OK! According to the Reservation Tracker Sheet I would be situated in the 32000+ numbers, with the X number of cancellations, FE and Premium being built first, mine is a Premium SR AWD, the GT being schedule for summer 2021 I place my delivery point in March or April at best. Thank you ChasingCoral for all your guestimate work, and now including Canada/Mexico in NA calculations which I believe is reallistic. I strongly believe that Canada for US companies in many domain is vued has a local market. For your info Ford Canada dealers are around 400+, and I suppose around 1000+/- MME for Canada.

I think so too, at least within the constraints of trade laws. But for the most part it's pretty free trade. In terms of being a market, it's about the size of California population-wise.

Dude, if you don't get your car by the end of the year, there's no hope for the rest of us. I have a Premium res # of 13,437....reserved in November and ordered first day possible. I was hoping for end of the year delivery....so I pray you get yours.

Hey, Dave. My Premium AWD LR has a reservation number about 300 higher than yours. I reserved mine on November 19 so you beat me. Hope we have a chance for a couple of 2020 deliveries!

My reservation number is under 4300 for an FE so I'm assuming a 2020 delivery. Any guess how soon it might be? Hoping Thanksgiving or so. Thoughts?

I think that's a distinct possibility. Yours could be in the first 1000 customer vehicles produced. Which if the Oct 26 start date holds, could have yours produced by the 1st week of Nov. I'd guess 2-3 weeks for delivery (maybe closer to 3 since you're in PA).

Of course, this is all just a lot of guesswork based on the tidbits of info we're hearing. YMMV.

I think there is a reasonable chance that we'll start seeing First Edition deliveries by Thanksgiving, certainly by December.

Remember that Ford opened reservation numbers of 4000, 5000, 6000, and 7000 on the first evening of release. At least 4000-6000 series were simultaneous at the very start of the event. Since timestamp is what is driving order, not reservation #, a 6200 may be built before a 4300.

This year will be a big one for Ford as it gets the Mustang Mach-E SUV ready to go on sale. The vehicle will be the first full battery-powered SUV that Ford has offered. Many Mustang fans are still angry that Ford put the Mustang name on the vehicle. As the Mustang Mach-E launch nears, Ford is working on getting its dealer network ready for business.

We’ve wondered how widely available the Mach-E will be in the dealership network, and Ford has now shed some light on that question. In the United States, Ford has a dealer network composed of 3,000 dealerships. Of that number, Ford is getting 2,100 of them ready to sell the Mach-E, representing about two-thirds of its entire dealer network.

Dealerships starting to update websites about the mache.
Meanwhile in the 50th state .... not a mention of the vehicle anywhere on the Hawaii Island dealer's website ... but there is this:

Of the five dealers in the state, two have ads for the MME on their rotating banners (Windward Ford on Oahu and Valley Isle Ford on Maui).

Interesting. The entire problem with the MME in general and order, in particular, is 2020. The ordering started during a statewide lockdown and prohibitions on personal vehicle inter-island shipping by the sole company that does it (money reasons related to the pandemic, not a state rule). So that was a bit inconvenient as it more or less nixed switching dealers and staying within the state.

Another thing that brings up, is just how many smaller dealers will even bother with an MME demo car? The dealer on my island seemed a bit miffed (my words, not theirs, they actually were decent folks once I could talk to them) about the requirements for an expensive DC fast charger to be in place for a car they "weren't going to be making any money off of." If smaller dealers aren't selling many MME's, there'll be less incentive perhaps to participate in the FCTP program.

*shrug* It's beyond my pay grade.
