All resetting the history did was TEMPORARILY set it back to summer settings. It will adjust back down, as documented in multiple threads, so you've achieved nothing.

And you're saying it's 52, but it was 37 last night. Do you think that it's not considering that?

It also calculates driving habits as well. People stop looking at GOM just look at SOC. Even in ICE cars when i fill up it nevers tells the same miles to empty. Same thing on EVs but at least you have the SOC to guide you

The next best thing to resetting the driving history is a piece of duct tape covering GOM number.

Using even a small amount of heat will result in a noticeable dip in range. My Wife keeps the cabin temp at 75 degrees for her Fathers comfort. Our GOM has been around 250 miles for a 90% charge.

I understand that range is temperature related. Is there a chart somewhere correlating temp to range. Does the range change throughout the day with temperature change? I have noted that my 90% charge on extended range battery was 270 miles, but the last few days it has gotten down to 50 degrees at night and the range at 90% charge is 220. What will the range be if I drive it up to the mountains in the snow? Would be nice to be able to plan. I guess I should be happy that I live in so cal where it does not get much colder than that.

I don't understand everyone's obsession with what the GOM is showing. Unless you're like that one dude who drives 250 miles a day, just look at your percentage and charge when you need to? Did y'all obsess and then change your driving habits based on what the range said on your ICE vehicles instead of looking at the gauge? I don't even pay attention to mine anymore.

The difference is in an ice there are gas stations everywhere, that is not the case with charging stations particularly in rural or mountain areas.

Right which is why I qualified it with "unless you're like that dude who drives 250 miles a day". Are people buying EV's without reliable L2 charging at home/work? I literally have yet to used a fast charger once after 5 months of ownership.

You've posted a number of times about your range. You live in an area where the temps go down into the 30s at night. When temps drop, range drops.

You can never charge to more than 100%.

Just got my vehicle updated last week. At 90%, I was up to 209 miles. Yesterday 195. Today 202. All due to temperature.
It’s all true. Most range I’ve gotten due to cold is 188 at 100%. The car is a stalker! ? seems to know everything about you! It’s interesting….
