This looks like a mix of regular Premiums, Selects and maybe CA Route 1s, not First Editions.

Any guesses on if this is the press or dealer test drive fleet?
Also some US, some EU.

I hope they fully test my battery, makes sure all is well, prior to sending it to the knowledgeable dealer. Ship it 1000's of miles and something is wrong would not be my idea of gr8; sorry we are sending it back and you should get another one in another 4 months.

The final specs will not released tell OKTB. Can't release final specs if something has to be changed on the mache and it changes the specs of the suv.

By the way announced today the Ford Mache for next year is sold out. Want an amazing fact on top of that? 2022 is already half sold out not counting the gt orders changing from reservations to real orders. IF you are looking to get a Mache and keep putting it off. You might not get one.

Early Bronco Demand
Yet, Ford may have a winner with its 2021 Bronco which has received lots of preliminary demand. According to Motor1.com, Ford has received 230,000 reservations for the 2021 Bronco(1). To put that into perspective, the Ford F-Series sold 233,787 units Q2 2019 and 180,825 in Q2 2020.

Further, Ford sold just over 300,000 SUVs in the first half of 2020. Should all 230,000 reservations be delivered, that would represent a massive spike in Ford’s SUV sales. Whether that is sustainable, and by how much that will shift stock prices remain unknowns. Nevertheless, demand numbers do look promising.

Mustang Mach-E
The Mustang Mach-E also looks to have strong demand. According to Carbuzz.com, the 2021 Mustang Mach-E looks to be sold out. Ford has limited its global production to 50,000 vehicles. Ford is certainly going to be moving toward a more EV heavy product mix, so this is good news.

The F-Series is also changing with the times. The trucks will have available hybrid engines which may provide a boost to sales of Ford’s already top-selling trucks.

Mayfly residue is delaying 2021 Chevrolet Tahoe, GMC Yukon shipments
Tiny bugs are sending huge SUVs to the body shop

If you ever feel too small to make a difference in the world, think of the mayflies that have ruined the paint of over 2,600 Chevrolet Tahoe and GMC Yukon SUVs. Also called fishflies, these tiny aquatic insects are causing a shocking amount of damage to the vehicles that sometimes requires a trip to the body shop to fix.

General Motors officials told industry trade journal Automotive News that the company has had to delay some Tahoe and Yukon shipments to clean off black residue they believe comes from the mayflies. Some stores have chosen to take the SUVs as-is, but they've had to spend hours removing bug guts from body panels, windows, and wheels; one dealer received a Tahoe with a hood so badly damaged that it needed to be repainted.
Where do you see it announced today that the 2021 Mach-E is "Sold Out"? That link is to an article from April 4th, referencing speculations from the "other" Mach-E forum around that time.

there is no link. It is straight out of Dearborn. Bank on it 100%. Ford can only get 50,000 batteries for this year and that is max the plant can produce. Not going to launch a C crew. All came down the pipe today.

Yes but it's good when the big wigs are saying "not good enough, try again".
Especially because the big wigs are budgeting the labor hours to make sure the product is a quality one. When you put quality above budget, that's amazing.

I have suspected the 2021 Mach E would sell out prior to start of production but wasn't sure what effect Covid-19 would have. Looks like demand still outpaces the battery supply so it appears these cars won't sit on dealer lots very long....if at all. My dealer didn't want to cancel my Premium reservation because he said he wasn't sure he would be able to get any more cars next year besides the ONE dealer demo unit. At first I thought he was being a bit sarcastic but now I get why he was concerned. 2021 models all sold out? 2022 half way sold out? Wow!

230,000 Bronco reservations? Double Wow?

Kind of amazing to have 2021 production sold out months before any dealer has a Demo.

? I went to my dealer last week to pre-order. But I don't have anything official like you seem to have (some of you seem to have a website where you can follow the order, but i did give a deposit to the dealer), i hope it's only because i'm in Canada ... Should i be worried ?

what is amazing even with COVID ford is trying so hard to stay on track. People forget that Tesla model 3 was delayed many times over a year.

No in Canada we don't have access to this Ford website with an account, everthing is normal.

I wonder if they charge the batteries to the magic storage point and then pull the service/responder disconnect for shipping. The dealer would be responsible for reconnecting the disconnect upon arrival. It would be interesting to know what Tesla does when they ship from the factory, I really don't have any idea.

Good to know, but still, if 50% of the 2022 are already gone, it mean I might have to wait a very long time, since I've ordered very late in the process ... Unless every dealer has a specific number of cars assigned to them, and mine still has some room ?
