I see Active Park Assist Prep Kit in my Additional Features section on the Ford website now! it has been updated. From the sounds of it, it sounds like it was updated for everyone. Did everyone get this update even if you didn't ask the dealer?
Yep… I got the update and I didn’t reach out to the dealer.

If you go into your order details, scroll down and expand the "additional features" section, the Active Park Assist 2.0 used to be listed (was between the Cargo Area Protector and Cargo Area Cover for me). Since I had the change made to the prep kit, it no longer shows up.

Same thing with me. Prep kit showed up several days later after seeing total delete.

My car is built and shipped with full Active Park Assist (window sticker still has it on there also) but the order tracker for mine also shows the "Prep Kit".

I don't know if anyone needs to talk to their dealer or not. But just because the Order Tracker says it, doesn't mean that anything.

From what everyone is saying in this thread, it definitely sounds like the 20+ week estimate on the Select and 28+ week estimate on the Premium/GT are being exceeding by at least 1-2 months if the orders from October are just now getting scheduled for May.

I ordered an AWD Select with Comfort/Tech Package on 3/7 and was optimistically hoping for a late July/early August delivery based on 20 weeks. Got the Active Park 2.0 email from my dealer today, accepted it, and they sent me an updated order summary, which shows my Priority Code at 19.

Shot them a message just now to see if they'd update the Priority Code to 10. Doesn't hurt to ask and figure they don't have too many people think to do so ?

I'm assuming upping the Priority Code jumps the line a bit? ?

Probably slowing down a bit; however, I ordered my GT Nov 11 and it was built Jan 31. So not every order is taking that long. My problem is I live in the middle of Alaska so shipping is taking forever!

I heard that Ford has a new scheduling system on the MaverickTruckClub forum. This might be Maverick specific but I would think it would be Ford wide.

"New system: You receive an email once your vehicle gets a scheduled build day. Which probably happens about 1-2 weeks out from your build day. Ford was finding that because orders were moving around, they wanted to avoid inundating customers with vehicle scheduled emails. So you may have a build week and vin and not know it until it gets a "Schedule to Day" status." - Tim

Nice of Ford to protect us from being inundated with, uh, communication. Thanks Ford!

Good information. Is it best to call dealer or Ford directly?

That's great, so now we won't know if we have a build date in May until the end of April?

If this indeed is the new system, a potential workaround would be to check this site: https://seg.fyi/mache-vin/ to see if you have a VIN. If you have a VIN, then bug your dealer or the Ford Chat to ask about your week of production. My understanding has always been that a VIN is not generated until you are scheduled for production.

Does seem kind of lame. But if it is the new system it does explain why the only people who reported being scheduled last week had heard via their dealer.

I'm losing my patience. ordered AWD ER premium 10/21/21, still not scheduled. wanted to have an ER model for summer travel, but now looks I can't get it before August the earliest. wondering if I order a GT now, would it come earlier than my premium that's ordered 5 months ago?
Okay, so I also have a Tesla MY Long range ordered back in November, as a backup plan for my MME. The estimated delivery had been September, so I intended to not take it if MME comes before that. But now Tesla let people change their order while honoring the price at time of order. I changed to model Y performance two days ago, now have estimated delivery day 4/15-4/29.

I likely will trade in or sell my current MME premium SR when the new one comes, but I can wait now.

Complete depends on the details of your situation. If you can wait for it to be delivered eventually (assume it will be by the end of Junish), then no need to panic.
