We feel we are being ignored by our dealer. Ordered in July, was told we couldn't change color when Ford changed our order to 2022 model year, build week 1/10/22, two months of crickets, built March 2, shipping date 3/30-4/5/22, notified by dealer 3/29/22 it would be shipped May 8,22. So, the vehicle is built and sitting on a siding in Mexico, while the same vehicle as ours was delivered the first week or April even though it was ordered well after us! Stupid question huh!

I also had an original order in mid July. Thought maybe the dealer had messed that up, but perhaps it was in the whole time as I am seeing others who have waited that long. When the update to 2022 models happened, I took advantage of that to upgrade my color choice the Grabber Blue (really wanted that Infinite Blue that disappeared from being able to order). There was no problem getting my dealer to do that. Just a couple email exchanges and he verified it was all done. Our car supposedly shipped out 4/9.

Happy for you guys! I hope it was shipped on that date, it was my mom's birthday! I also wanted that blue or even Ice Blue silver but was forced to stay with Red, which would be also okay if we could know when and where it will get here. One person suggested tracking it through Jacksonville and sure enough it arrived 13/4/22 and was shipped from Veracruz 5/4/22 so we hoping they are using military dating since there's no 13 months so it must be 13 April. That COULD mean our vehicle is in the Tampa Bay area already but all I get from our dealer is crickets. I'm scared they will we do us like the guy from Sunnyvale CA who had his MME sold out from under him! Good Luck!

Still nothing showing on my end. Just shows, "in production". No modules. This order was a dealer stock order that I called and reserved over the phone with the dealership. I wonder if they are purposely delaying dealer stock orders and prioritizing custom orders.

I don't think Ford has a clue what's going on in the dealerships. We ordered early summer 2021, Ford accepted late Sept '21. Build week was 1/10/22, crickets until 3/2/22 showed as BUILT and delivery by 4/5/22, that was confirmed by the dealer but 3/30 told us after the first week of May! The same vehicle we ordered showed up at the dealer website and is already out the door! I believe "some pigs are more equal than other pigs" due to those that ordered well after us have had their MMEs for weeks and months now! We are treated like mushrooms, kept in the dark and fed BS! I can't wait to be done with this!

Ok, I just checked with them. This is what they told me:

"The vehicle arrived at Junction Point in Laredo, TX on Apr-19-2022. The vehicle is expected to be delivered on 5/23/2022."

Honestly, this is quicker than I expected. Based on other build week monitoring, it has taken 10-14 days for their cars to reach Texas. I wasn't going to check-in with Ford Chat until the two week mark, but this is encouraging. I think this means that it is at a rail junction and getting on a different rail line, presumably to the next transit station.

Oh man, I finally caved and went to Ford Chat. My car is in the famous "Internati, Mo", which somebody in another thread speculated probably just means "international arrivals" or something like that. I think it's with a few days of official arrival in Kansas City-- then it will go through the Palsapp updates (transferred by truck from KCS rail to in my case-- probably NS rail

Ok, I just checked with them. This is what they told me:

I think the 10-14 day estimate was for the whole route from Cuatutitlan to Kansas City. I think once it hits Laredo you are more than halfway there timewise, I believe the trains move faster through Texas. If mine hits Kansas City officially tomorrow, then it will have been 13 days since I shipped. Unfortunately from looking at other threads there are no waypoints Ford can provide us between Laredo and 'Internati' that I'm aware of (and there aren't any other waypoints between the plant and Laredo either)

Ah that makes sense. Well, that means its on time. In another week hopefully it will be in Kanas. I have been seeing a lot of delays there.

@NJ_MachE, I too couldn't take the silence any longer. Reached out to my dealer and this is what I got. REALLY hoping to follow in @MattyMachE "tire tracks". While I know some of us might b impatient (totally including myself), I have a ton of empathy for the ones built weeks and months b4 us. They have been waiting forever. And I do agree that Ford has done them wrong.? We got chipped and shipped b4 them.?
