The thing I am worried about is the wording in the fine print. "The actual MSRP of your configured vehicle will be determined at the time you place an order with your dealer" Oh and this " Dealer sets final price."

I have a Highlander Hybrid with a third-row. It is classified as a mid-size SUV. Also the third row is not what I would exactly call comfortable for most people. I’m pretty short at 5’1” and I find it cramped. Most of the time we leave it folded down to maximize cargo capacity. And the way we drive, it gets between 24 and 25 MPG.
Agreed on the fact that many of the smaller ones are useless. I don't have kids or pets, I would take a 2 row and the additional cargo space every time.

This looks cool but I’m kinda over buying first year EVs 😂

Small SUVs are plenty useful. it all depends upon your specific personal use case. I had a ‘96 RAV4 for 9 years that was a great commuter and even worked as a road trip car. But once we got a minivan, that became the road trip car because we could put the kids in their own row and that cut down on arguments a lot.

I seem to recall that the MME had the same fine print wording.

currently car-less, but hope to get a MME!

One other feature that I appreciate about the Blazer EV (over the Lyriq) is the 21" option on the RS. I wish the Lyriq offered 21" wheels. Would be a good compromise in size vs range.

Certainly reminds me of all the features I expected my MME to have a year ago and I'm still waiting for.

Ford, are you seeing this shit? 190kw charging, motorized charge door, 500hp, cooled seats, supercruise on day 1...

While very similar looking to the MME at certain angles, it certainly looks like Chevy has a winner here.
In 2024.

The dash looks like an airplane cockpit. I actually like it, and the projection onto the windshield.

No mention of pricing which might also be a factor here.
Chevy announced prices for all four models. The 1LT starts at $45,000 and the top SS can go over $65,000.

They look like normal attractive cars/trucks. Like you couldn't even tell they were EV's if someone didn't tell you.
That is an advantage over strange looking EVs. Since they share parts with their ICEV cousins, prices can be lower and production is quicker.

From the article on Carscoops.com:

"Regardless of which trim is selected, all Blazer EVs come with a powered charging port door that automatically opens when pressed. Designers paid special attention to the charging port door as they noted owners will be using it far more often than a traditional fuel filler door, so they wanted to make it as convenient as possible to open. "

I guess I prefer that approach to the Mustang's "fuel door that looks like it was repurposed from a F250" that we got? It doesn't seem like Chevy over-designed it for the sake of over-designing it, but actually did it for a reason.
Chevy borrowed the powered charge door from the Cadillac Lyriq which has that feature over a year sooner, and first deliveries are completed.
