Right, but in my wife's car you can't turn on the foot vents and middle vents at the same time; in the summer it's nice to have cold air coming out of multiple levels to cool off faster
I use that mode often in our Leaf and in my truck. It's very useful for heating and for cooling.

I grabbed some pics of the stickers in the door jam too.

Do the rear windows not go all the way down?

Also is that standard for new cars to not come with a spare tire? Does it still come with a jack I wonder? Or are you not supposed to jack these cars up?

When did you see it turn? They aren’t allowing drives are they?
Earlier today. An opportunity presented itself and I didnt hesitate.

The dealers arent allowing anyone to test drive as far as I know.

Everyone that went to see it has turned into a fanboy! Damn, I want to be young again too.

Obviously, there is a lot to love, but what didn't you like?

It is becoming standard to not have a spare. You should expect to see cars with run flats and an optional inflation/repair kit or only the repair kit.

The rear windows go almost all the way down, but not all the way.

It has become pretty common for new cars to not come with a spare tire. It reduces cost, space, and weight. My Outlander PHEV doesn't have one and neither does my wife's Pacifica. A jack is usually included though.

That's a little concerning. It doesn't take much to exceed 918 lbs. 4 people each over 200 lbs, and 150lbs of luggage, and well over, and that's not even 5 people. Comparing to RAV 4 that is designed for 1000-1250lbs depending on model.
According to the Toyota web site, the RAV4 Hybrid payload is 1230 pounds including fuel. A full tank in that vehicle weighs about 96 pounds. Thus, practical payload with a full tank of fuel is about 1134 pounds or about 116 pounds more than the Mach-E (ignoring electron exchange factors).

Yes, I saw the same screen posted a little while in this thread - I was trying to say "Yay! you can enable or disable each level of vents individually!"

I suck at communication
That video is great. The Sync 4a gives you a huge amount of control over most every feature of the car except customizing the drive mode. There you seem to be limited to the three modes, and choosing 1PD, lights and sound. No separate control over steering vs acceleration vs regeneration.

A question in the HVAC settings: when in the HVAC controls

There is a "dual" button at the bottom with what look like hot and cold markers. Is that for controlling the driver and passenger sides separately?

Holy, so heavy?! model Y is around 4416 lb, why MME so much heavier?
Model Y has a lot of innovative lightweighting in it. Mach-E strikes me as much more of a "normal" car with no special attention to weight.

I was hoping the interior dimensions would feel a little more like an SUV. The seating position was fine, but the space inside just felt more like a car than an SUV. I also didn't like that there isn't a 120v AC outlet anywhere. Cars with high-voltage batteries are uniquely able to provide high-wattage AC outlets. My Outlander PHEV has two 1500 watt AC outlets and the new Rav4 Prime and Sienna Hybrid minivan do too. Seems like a missed opportunity in the Mach-E. Being able to run an extension cord to the refrigerator during a power outage has been nice.

I was disappointed in the steering wheel controls and turn signal stalks.
I would prefer the controls found in a C-Max or Focus Electric. They seem more natural to me.
