Tesla MYP right now at $69990, is $6k cheaper than GTPE with this pricing, if Tesla qualifies for the $7500, it's a no brainer to do a Tesla over a Mach E, specially when you can get higher top speed and no performance limit.
Can't get an adaptive suspension and performance seats with the MYP though. I understand in terms of 0-60 the GTPE lines up more neatly with a MYP, but a standard GT may be a more direct comparison with the MYP feature wise.

Yes, following the reply chain a bit those were listed by someone else previously. Good to have it all in one post now though!

'23 Select compared to '22 Select w/ Comfort/Tech
-Blue Cruise and 360 Camera is only available for a 90 day trial (added cost to extend)
-no power liftgate
-no cargo area cover
-no heated seats
-no heated steering wheel,
-no power folding mirrors.
-4-way instead of 6-way passenger seat adjustment
Umm you win. Best post for me. I have a ā€˜22 select w/ CT package ordered; if it has to convert to a ā€˜23? No heated seats? Deal breaker. Sure glad I gave $250 to Elon cuz I may just have to go with that. Or go get a damn ice. Or get nothing and hope my vintage car just keeps on keeping on…

Damn, brutal increases... sooooo glad I could snatch a 2022 Premium, was also thinking of waiting for the 2023 model in vapor blue. Between the hikes and not being eligible for the tax incentive next year, would have been out of my range financially.

Last Wednesday. About 10 days earlier the offer was just over $60,000.
I guess prices must be lower here in NJ. I have Job 2 '21 Red Premium Ext Battery AWD w/ 3500 miles. Just Put my info in and it was $57,500. I have a '22 on the way so maybe I should go down to my parents house in Austin and have them price it from there!

Maybe so. But, I just priced ours again since our 7-day offer had expired and now Driveway came back with $60,400. Still great but not quite as crazy. Did you run the value with your VIN? I’ve seen up to $1000 variation between VIN and Plates. Which makes no sense because the Plates get them the VIN ??ā€ā™‚

Jane and Joe Sixpack would just get a 3 year old F150 - so no big deal.
More like a new F-150 at 0 percent interest for 10 years. That's how Ford sells so many trucks.

Most of the GT dudes here brag about their 280-290 miles of range, I hardly doubt they will utilize any of the performance features in both cars to be honest but for me the GTPE is comparable to the MYP since they have similar 0-60, the adaptive suspension for me is asking for more trouble down the road, expensive stuff that will break so I'd rather not have it, I think the ride is better on the MYP than my GT, the PE maybe is better but with the recent price hike it's not worth it anymore, for me, if Tesla qualify for the $7500 in 2023, it becomes a no brainer going that route, the technology is better.

Same here - waiting on a '22 Select w/ C/T option.

If Ford keeps sending me the every 6 weeks email, does that mean I will be FORCED to accept a '23 AND change colors because my color choice is no longer offered for '23 ?

I specifically ordered the Select w/ C/T in Ice Blue Silver.

No disagreement from me that if Ford had an EV version of every vehicle they currently sell, I don't know if we would get the same sort of complaints on the Mach-E that we see now because a lot of people would simply not go for this vehicle!

That is a shame they are stripping so many options on the Select, and adding a price increase.

But you’d still have a $70K heap of shit. Yeah, I said it. It rides like an oxcart, looks like a melted turtle gum drop and is seen at literally every. Single. Stoplight. At least here in CenTX. Plus, it can’t even touch its advertised range. No thanks. And I hate the 5 second GT limiter.

If you asked me if I’d rather purchase a Model Y P or a GTPE I’d say ā€œI’ll have the Blazer SS EV, thanks.ā€
The Mach E will be seen at every light soon, I disagree on the heap of shit but each to their own, the Mach E wins in the looks war and quality of interior but the Tesla wins in the technology stability and reliability area, it's faster too, I am a guy who frequently see the warning " your top speed will be limited" on his dashboard, I don't think anyone here had seen that warning on their screen, so having 40 extra mph is always great, now before my issue was the price difference, now that's not an issue anymore pending the $7500 final updates.

Range wise, my cousin has a MYP, he get about 280 miles per charge, I get about 240 if we both drive like each others, so both cars are losing range anyway.

That’s assuming you like the handling of the Tesla over the Ford. Most People buying those cars do so for how it handles not just for looks And the MME looks a lot better.

why buy a Porsche Macan over an X3 when the X3 is cheaper. I’ll tell you why, the Macan lot more fun to drive.

I haven’t driven the Tesla or GTPE so I can’t comment which is better.
