It's not that there are no repairs being reported in Canada, it's just everyone is so darned nice they would never complain.

Added my August repair information a little while ago.
Ford of Kirkland did a quick repair and kept me up to date on the process.

I see yours took 5 days!
But just north of you in Vancouver is a 28 day repair.
I'm much more remote than Vancouver.
A month is crazy

Gtp went to the shop last Tuesday, still waiting on the part. Tedd britt ford of fairfax va. They gave me a disgustingly dirty interior ford escape as loaner.

I decided to create an interactive map due to the number of posts about time to repair and also the number of DM's I get from people asking where they should take their car for repair.

Tod, this is amazing that you put this together. Have you considered breaking the data down by trim line? Aren't the HVBJB's different for the different trims? My impression is that this issue is more prevalent in cars that are higher performance cars like GT's.

It's already broken down by that. There's a filter on the left (desktop) and below (mobile) where you can sort by motor/trim type.
