I think they have to tell everyone to check that link for info every time after they give you the info you ask for. I make sure to tell them that nothing populates there for me and then I do the survey afterwards saying that they need to fix the tracking on their site. It's like talking to a brick wall. ?‍

Were you able to locate where to track this railway? I couldnt find anything online about it.... I will probably try to look later tonight though as well

Was the AOK number the one you got when it was marked as in transit/shipped leaving ramp 5J? I haven't found a way to track mine that was given at the ramp, KCS 008306. Check back later to see if you're given a new number? I've seen some have new rail car numbers after leaving Internati and some that didn't.

I havent gotten the vrr but i assume since this isnt kcs and it’s already marked as getting to Kc then its probably the railcar after that. I will try Calling that railroad this afternoon and see if they can track it!

Yep, that's the one.

I believe they make most of their money on leasing/storing railcars.

@Atxsw Any luck with the phone call to AOK? If so, was there a menu to go through or anything?

Chatted and there wasn't any new info other than arrived at Laredo that I already knew, except she said my delivery window was now 10/20 - 10/26 so that moved up by a day. Probably hitting KC overnight or tomorrow? I'm guessing my sales guy was off today since no new VVR, I'll see what it says tomorrow hopefully.

Chatted with live chat today. Update was the car had passed through Internati, MO, still the same railcar number as before, and still the same estimate range of 10/9-10/15

I also called KCS for a location update and their last was it had arrived at Kansas City on 10/5. At that point Ford still had it as in Laredo, TX. So there’s definitely a bit of delay in status and then being updated on their end. Car is KCS008116.

KC seems to be where a lot of ETAs go to die so we’ll see if it makes it out of there by Monday, otherwise I dont expect it to make the 10/15 end of my date range.

Yeah its all random it seems if yours leaves KC right away or takes a month.

I did see some people in the 9/12 thread did get theirs delivered already I think most of them were just east of KC like you so it seems at least possible.

Looks like my guys out of the office until October 10. I guess I’ll find out then where the car is actually at or at least where ford thinks it might be.

Glad my Wattney will have good company on the ride! And I'll have to ask you two for advice when we take it for a spin to visit family in Lester Prairie. We usually stop somewhere around Victoria or Waconia to have a drink on the way. Might need to adjust to a charging stop near a good drink spot.

I was scheduled week of 9/12, built 9/19, shipped 9/20. Ford chat told me it left KC/Internati MO via Convoy-Jack Cooper this morning at 2:05am.

Sales person updated me on 10/6 and reported that the vehicle is in Missouri and still on target for 10/13-10/19 delivery.

Seems like a long way to go stil in just over a week so we'll see....
