Wheel Lift Tow truck

I have read all about towing with a Winch tow truck. What about towing with a wheel lift tow truck. Is it safe? Do you just put the Mach E in Tow mode. The reason I am asking is I park my Mach E facing forward in the garage and the Winch points are on the front of the car. I do not have the option to back into the garage for various logistical reasons.

I believe if you use a wheel lift tow truck they will need to use dollies for one set of tires. If your driveway is flat you may be able to push it out from the garage. Wheel lift may also be an issue due to garage door height. Note: I am tempted to install a trailer hitch just to have a rear tow point.

I don’t know if you saw my post earlier this week. I asked about using the tow hitch as a tow point. I got a resounding no I thought it might be a legitimate answer to getting my car pulled out of my garage if necessary. Apparently, you can’t use it that way.

Not as a tow point really but to pull it out of the garage or a tight spot (in neutral) and then allow it to be towed would be better than nothing.
