So the ford.com account site now shows me as "built" but with Estimated Delivery 1/15/2023 - 1/21/2023.

That's.. :(

The lack of tax credit solely because it's not getting in here this year is really disappointing.

I am in the 11/21 build week and mine was built yesterday and shipped today. I had A 2022 mach e and sold it, it was built with the old HVBJB and I didn't want to deal with that so I ordered a 23.

What I learned is before you take delivery ask the dealer if the car is up to date on the software in FDRS. The dealer may or may not apply the updates as technically they are required too, but it's worth a try.

Not all updates will be available OTA

I am in Michigan and It seams there are a few Michigan orders in this group. I have all the equipment to update the software when needed(search complete guide to updating via FDRS). As we all will have about the same build dates and a FDRS license is required for updating yourself, I will be periodically updating my own car and I would be willing to do others as well in Michigan. Just keep it your mind when there are updates in the future.

I am not too far away from you either in Chicago. Keeping my fingers crossed my ETA at the dealership of December 12-18th holds up. Thanks for the advice on the updates with the dealership. I would not have even thought about that.

eAWD Select 9294 106/691; modules have been up for a few days now.
Been sitting since 11/6 for me and a ton of others in 10/31 and 11/7 weeks. No one seems to know anything. Parts hold, waiting on a train, tracker not working, who knows. Seems like no one has insider detail and dealer can only see the original ETA. No real similar hold issues (GT vs premium, color, destination), all seems random.

I have just as many questions as you.

How do we track once it’s in Lecheria? I know minet gets on a train, and I know which line, but I can’t track it until I get a number to use, correct? And I can only get that from FC? Its a dealer order so I get limited info using Ford.com

When did Ford start building with new HVBJB? I have a 2022 to but it will be used as a trade. It ran like a champ for 2 round trips (1400 miles total) of 2000 foot grade but it has some quality control issue. Well all of my last three Ford vehicles had cosmetic and body alignment issues. I can only hope that this new one will be not that bad.

I think around June 1, I don't think anyone knows 100%. But the recall was for cars built before May 24 2022 but the TSB that talks about how to fix the HVBJB is for cars built thru May 28 2022 So my guess is around there.

Ford chat just reported back that my car made it to the border Junction Point (Laredo, TX) yesterday 11/24 and is still on target to get delivered by 12/19. My Shipped/in transit date was 11/17

According to Ford, my MME also arrived yesterday 11/24 in Laredo, TX, probably traveled together with @racer432's MME. They don't know anything new about Rail company or Rail car, other than KCS, so I assume KCS will take it up all the way up to Kansas City, at the very least.

I'm not clear what the next transit legs are for a NYC destined MME, if anyone who knows can help.

Does anyone know how to track a KCS rail car # in the US?
I was given a KCSM rail car number before, but recall reading that they were not traceable within Mexico, so now that it's in the US, I'd like to give it a shot.

Still bad-not-good-at-all ETA of early January.
