jumped that and the car came back to life, drove it to the dealer and after three weeks, they said they reprogrammed it and I could pick it up. It has been fine for the last month since that time.
What did the dealer do during those three weeks?

I'm curious if they tested the 12V battery, found it dead, and replaced it. 3 weeks is a really long time though.

- trying to figure out what to do to fix it - They just kept saying they were reprogramming it.
BTW, It is a 2022 with 13k miles in 7 months and this was the second time they had it for an extended time. Supposedly, the 12V battery was fine, they did not replace it.

The first time they had it 32 days and that time they replaced the high voltage battery interface system. I forgot what they called it, but they had to wait an unknown amount of time for it to be resupplied from back order. So overall in the first 7 months they had it more than 7 weeks. Including paying for me to drive a rental car all that time, it does not seem like an effective business model.

I got this message about 40 times over about week.
There have been zero modifications, zero aftermarket devices, zero cause of any kind.
There were about 5 occasions where the door opener/safety prop rods would extend, but not retract, leaving me with doors that would not close. The only way to close the door was to slam it about 3 or 4 times as it hammered the plastic rod back into the door.
Set an appointment and the next morning the car was 100% dead. could not unlock the doors, no lights of any kind, no nothing. Called ford for roadside (even though at home) tow truck opened small port on front bumper, jumped the opening of the frunk, removed cover panels to reveal 12 VDC 'car battery', jumped that and the car came back to life, drove it to the dealer and after three weeks, they said they reprogrammed it and I could pick it up. It has been fine for the last month since that time.
Hey! I can take a closer look into your electrical concerns if you like. Can you send us a direct message with your VIN and the dealership name/location?
