I don’t have that problem, only time I get low battery message is when my battery is low. Have you tried doing a soft reset of the car software? Might fix your low battery messages. This is just annoying. Apple thinks my MUstang Mach E battery is low when it’s over 80% ?I get this all the time ?

sorry you should have ended your diatribe with a bazinga to clue me in that you were joking. All I got was envy and loathingShe's great, she has a sense of humor.
In apple's defense, they are well aware of the poor charging infrastructure and feels that it's not safe to travel with less than 80% charge because it may take that long to find a working EA station. This is just annoying. This is my experience exactly. I just got the notification yesterday, after my 2nd trip since charging to 90%.I have a fully updated iPhone 14 Pro and I get this periodically - usually when the car is in the 80% range. I use CarPlay all the time and I've not been able to correlate the message to anything other than (in my recollection) it has always been wrong.
That said, I just ignore it and get on with my life.
I use CarPlay 100% of the time and have never seen this. It may be some setting you have. This is just annoying. Apple thinks my MUstang Mach E battery is low when it’s over 80% ?I get this all the time ?

Yes, at home.Do you happen to use scheduled charge times based on location, etc?
Envy? Oh, you mean like "Nice pocket protector, wish I had one just like it?"sorry you should have ended your diatribe with a bazinga to clue me in that you were joking. All I got was envy and loathing
i have seen it three times in six months. All three times the traction battery was over 70%. I use CarPlay extensively.I have never seen that low battery message on the lock screen and I use Apple Maps and CarPlay daily.
As you can see from several other posts here, I’m not alone in never seeing this low battery message. I don’t know why some rarely see it and others, all the time. Maybe has to do with everyone is on a different version of Sync and it interacts with iOS differently? I say that because most everyone here is up to date on iOS 16.5 and a few on 17 beta which doesn’t seem to make any difference.i have seen it three times in six months. CarPlay is getting key upgrades with iOS 17 — here's what's new
Fortunately, one of the two major Apple Maps updates will make this a little easier. Not only will Apple Maps be able to point you towards an EV charger, it will also offer real-time charging information, with the option to filter results based on which charging networks you prefer. Naturally, this will extend to Apple Maps on CarPlay, in addition to the standard app.
That’s why I got a Mach E. I’m much too old for the back seat of an ICE Mustang.No. Many people don't use fruit phones, and never have any CarPlay issues, because the only playing in the car they do, well, is none of your business. ?
