This is not the official Ford website but a dealer has a 2024 order page set up. I assume it is accurate. I saw this posted on reddit.

Order

This ordering site has a Grabber Yellow color for the GT. Looks like you can get the GT Performance Package without the Rally option. It costs $995. It would be nice if it described what the package is. I like you can order it without the panoramic roof.

Getting Eruption Green without Bronze package, adding in the Performance Package without Rally, and no panoramic roof, the price is $60,890.

I wonder when it will open up on the Ford website?

I would still like to see what’s standard in each trim, as Ford hasn’t released that information yet, along with what the two GT Performance Packages actually include. I also prefer the ‘21-‘23 GT-PE wheels to the new ones. If they were going to offer a new wheel they should have offered a wider rim with aerodynamic styling and wider tires. ?‍♂?

When I price the non-Bronze Eruption Green it comes out $63335. Does not include the mobile charger or pano roof. However, includes the performance upgrade ($745) and you have to add the optional $1700 wheels which are required when you get the performance upgrade. $60890 is the GT w/out any options (includes MSRP of $58,995 +$1895 destination/delivery). But if you add in the pano roof (which was standard on the GTPE) and the mobile charger, MSRP is $65335.

I understand the 2024 GT is similar to the previous GTPE (minus the wheels, which are the same standard non-PE GT's from 21-23). As everyone else, wondering what the performance upgrade will be as it is supposed to be something to make the GT better than previous GT's.

So looks like MSRP w/performance upgrade is about $1960k less than last year to a comparable GTPE. 2024 GT MSRP is $58,995, options to be similar to GTPE is $3945+ $95 more for destination/delivery; where 2023 GT MSRP was $59,995 and PE upgrade was $5k.

Some other things I noticed-

Interior color depends on exterior color for the GT.

“Performance upgrade” is “Note: Included with Mustang Mach-E Rally (55Q)”

The above makes me wonder something-

We KNOW the rally comes with a larger motor than the 2023 GT with more torque (650).

I wonder if the performance upgrade simply just includes the larger motor.

If so…….. queue the sad trombone music.z

We are all assuming the performance upgrade is a software change to add more power and will trickle down to 2021-2023.

If it’s really a hardware upgrade…….. no trickle.

We shall see soon hopefully.

Was thinking the same thing.

Well, all I have heard speculated here was it would be a software related performance increase.

Haven’t heard to this point it could be hardware.

The software and trickle down is definitely hopeful thinking for existing GT owners.

But if it is a hardware upgrade, kinda odd they would bother with two different motors on the GT. Seems cheaper to offer just the same on all.

Then again, they did it with the GT and GTPE for 2021-2023.

If they extend the '23 price cuts to the '24 GT, I'd be a buyer.

After seeing the 2024 GT Order Guide, it looks like the 41G "Mustang Mach-E GT Performance Upgrade" contains the same motors as the 55Q "Mustang Mach-E Rally" option package since it's included in the option package and there's no mention of motor hardware in the Rally package. The issue as to whether the 41G "Mustang Mach-E GT Performance Upgrade" is software only or if it includes a different rear motor is still up in the air since the option only states "Note: Included with Mustang Mach-E Rally (55Q)." Further confusing things, the Order Guide just states that the 99X powertrain package included with the GT contains "Dual eMotor (Rear/Upgraded Front) 91kWh Usable Capacity Extended Range High-Voltage Battery." It doesn't state that the rear motor is upgraded from the Premium or other models, just that the front motor is upgraded. ?‍♂?

So, I'm still at the “What’s included in the ‘Performance’ option and what does it do?” stage. ??

I friend sent me a pdf that he got from his dealer. ??

I have to say that I like the ‘21-‘23 GT-PE wheels better than the new 20” aluminum wheel. I actually like their look better than the aftermarket forging I just got but I like the look of my aftermarket wheels more than than the new wheel too. And, of course I like the dimensions of the aftermarket wheel than either. ??
