it's a 22 select. The low side AC pipe doesn't feel cold and the hi side not hot. blower runs. Did a factory reset but it didn't help. below the max ac button the Heat space bar can't change to AC. Anything else can I try before bring it to a dealership?

this is almost certainly a stupid question but you have the "engine" on right? the compressor doesn't seen to run in accessory mode.

but i'm guessing you'll need to bring it in...

I am hoping it's just a blown compressor relay or fuse some sort. I wish I knew where they are.
Also rebooted the Sync computer but no luck.

According to the owners manual, the compressor is fed from fuse 13 in the “under hood” (AKA frunk) fuse box.

I agree this is worth a more detailed procedure.

1. Place foot on brake
2. Push start/stop
3. Verify car is fully ON (not in accessory mode)

Sometimes you turn the car on and it appears on, but it's just in accessory mode. If you are actively driving around and still no A/C then this is a moot point (since the car is clearly on if you are driving)

It died on my wife this morning while she was driving. All the tests I've done so far were under accessory on only. One thing interesting is at one point the hi side of the AC pipe was hot to touch and the low side was cold, I was like great, it came back alive! But it only lasted less than a minute. Looks to me there is a bad electrical contact somewhere.
I remember before, the AC ran when accessory on. Will try it when the green ready light turns on.

That's IT. It ONLY runs when the green ready light on. I don't remember it was like this before, it also ran under accessory on only. Maybe it's another OTA upgrade thing? but there was no upgrade since last time AC worked without ready light on.
Thanks a lot. You save my trip and time for a dealership visit.

My A/C runs when the car is in what I think is accessory mode. (rapid flashing green light on the start button accomplished by "starting" the car while my L2 EVSE is attached to the car.)

It's pretty obvious as the air is colder and the compressor in my car is fairly noisy.

The AC is powered from the HV battery. Accessory on is 12v. AC only operates when 'Ready' is on the dash.

Just checked. Parked in my garage with everything OFF, pressed the fan big button on PAAK on my iphone, then got in the car and felt the cold air blowing. No ready light lit up.
