Looking at both the apps retrospectively, it must’ve been the FordPass app that sent me there, because the Tesla app doesn’t show the location that I went to as a compatible charger. I have a Lectron NACS/CCS adapter, though I suppose with any adapter in this situation it wouldn’t have worked haha

That thread is super useful, thank you for sharing! That’s also a good point about the high end estimate, even still, feels like it might be worth the investment to get my own equipment for potential future updates if it’s roughly the same cost as having the dealership do this one update...
