Thanks for the info. Tried again using the pry tool and it eventually popped off! Had to use much more force than I expected but the new arm is now installed.

I tried, they told me it wasn't covered by warranty and the cost to replace would be $240.

The wiper arm snapped off randomly and I am having a hell of a time removing the old arm to put on a new one. I have used the pry tool and it seems to only be causing damage, no movement at all on the arm. Any ideas on how I can remove this safely?
