Yeah! I was told months ago that this was a software issue & a “fix” would come as an OTA at the end of the year.
But like others, I’m not holding my breath. The Ford rep didn’t say what year.

I've had this issue for months now. Pretty much makes using Bluetooth in the car to make phone calls in the car unusable. In communicating with Ford corporate, they say its a known issue and a software update later this year is planned.
