That worked to log me in to the website and the vehicle data in the site aligns to what is displayed in the vehicles. Still no way to get the app working from what I can tell, though. At least my PaaK still works on both vehicles.
Weird. All I get in the app is what is shown below (range displayed for the Lightning is wrong by about 55%) and the website login just spins endlessly...
Is anyone else experiencing this currently? Perhaps Ford is experiencing an outage. I am not able to pull up any current data for my Mach-E or my Lightning in the app and I am not able to access the Ford owner website currently either.
Have you checked your Service tab in the FordPass app? It is likely that the message is still there like mine has been, but it should clear after replacing the 12v.
The day has come that the 12v battery in my 2021 Mach-E First Edition that I took possession of in March 2021 is going to be replaced. My OBD reader still seemed to show that the battery was healthy, but 5 days ago, I received a message in the FordPass app to check my 12-volt batter noting that...
I was actually making my way out to the forums here to share that my 2021 Mach-E First Edition that I took possession of in March 2021 had received that notification 5 days ago and I safely drove the vehicle until my service appointment today and I am having them just go ahead and replace the...
Oddly, my PaaK had been working great, until I put this PaaK update through and now, even though it setup and said the key installed correctly, my phone will not work as a key at all. PaaK is working without a problem still on my F-150 Lightning, just not on my Mach-E. ?
Thanks! I will definitely have to find some felt. Oddly, we notice the cup holder noise more often when we have both cup holders occupied. The passenger side seems to be worse than the driver's side.
And, my Mach-E must have somehow found out that I was on here complaining about random noises...
Thank you, @markboris! Hugely helpful. This is definitely something I will tackle.
@macchiaz-o - Knowing that your dealer helped to fix the issue with your cupholder, I now wish I had taken mine in for them to address back when my Mach-E was still covered under warranty. While I do have the...
Pretty much anywhere seems to help make it stop, so not super helpful in pinpointing how to address this. ? The red circled spots in the image show where I can push/squeeze the plastic and get the various noises to stop (the wide circle at the bottom of the picture is supposed to be the shiny...
Old thread, I know, but @macchiaz-o, did you manage to fix the noise? I have always found the cupholders to be a major annoyance with my stainless steel water bottles in them, but lately I have been having a similar problem to what you described in that the plastic in that same general area...
Mine is over 46 months old and it is only driven about 4-10 miles a day and my dealer just thoroughly inspected my battery and gave it a clean bill of health.
My 2021 Mach-E First Edition that I took ownership of the first week of March 2021 still has a completely health LVB. I actually just sent it in to the dealer last week asking them to swap out the 12v battery and they inspected it and told me that it would be silly to swap it out as it is still...
Funny thing with my '21 Job 1 Mach-E related to this. I had my dealer in Chicago pick my car up and take it in last week having asked them to replace the 12v battery to be on the safe side. The dealer sent my vehicle home to me about 3 hours later having fully inspected and tested the battery...
So, having a MME First Edition that I bought in March 2021, is it safe to assume that I should contact my dealer and ask that they replace the 12v battery at this point? I've been wondering about this lately. I have not had any issues with the vehicle, but I certainly don't want my wife or me...
