@rugedraw Got the car back and went through every screen possible to see any privacy toggles. Didn't see anything that could have been the issue. Can you see if it's visible, what updates it needs or if Ford has ever tried to send an OTA? We are leaning to trying another dealer 30 miles away...

Got this today and took to the dealership. Advisor is trying to charge a $149 diagnostic fee on my 21 Premium AWD. Called back and asked if it was covered under the recall or software updates. Love that Ford tries to nickel and dime everyone when they can.

I'm in the same situation. Have a coworker who got a new extra Emporia Nacs willing to sell with adapter for under $300. Kinda feels like a no brainer compared to a chargepoint or other charger for near $550.
