My much-preferred route to driving I 82 between Ellensburg and Yakima. Even if you get behind a slow-moving vehicle. What's the purpose of having horsepower and torque if you can't use it. Just watch out for the occasional tumbleweeds and rocks on the road.
Thank you for the information.
Timely post. I started to get the "Service Tire Mobility Kit" message this week too.
Did you happen to follow-up to see what is the cost of a new canister?
With a build date of December 9, 2020, my 12-volt battery lasted a few days shy of five years of ownership. Follow the excellent directions on the threads and replacement is simple. Don't forget to follow the Battery Management System (BMS) once you've reconnected the new battery.

I replaced my battery last weekend and followed the BMS reset. Things went well until I started to drive. I got series of warnings that Drive Mode, and other systems were unavailable, or a fault. I freaked for a minute but calmed down and thought that the car would learn and fix itself. After a...
Thanks for the reply. I had AAA come out and tested the battery. It is dead. Nearly 60 months since delivery, sounds like I was on the edge of battery life.
Where does the battery warning appear? Nothing in the app.
I drove this morning on an errand, but went out at lunch to a dead pony. I guess I should have expected the 12 volt battery to die as I've had it nearly 5 years.
"Besides, you only need a >30 kwH battery once or twice a years for long road trips so why do you need a 91 kwH battery. Just start using the ICE inside the Mach E GT EREV."
I would like to see swapable batteries. Drive into a service center, automatically undo a few bolts, drop in a fresh...
