I have had nothing but good experiences with Ford mobile service here in North Jersey.....whether delivering a loaner or service, always on time and quick.....as for tipping, when in college in the 60's, I worked for a chain appliance store.....people usually tipped, and boy were those tips...

Thanks.....I believe my '21 Select SR RWD had the same tires as my '23 Premium SR RWD does....right now the Premium is at 85% and has 234 estimated range......I've been much higher estimated range at 85% charge until this OTA......
thanks to those who tried to come up with some reason for the decrease I am seeing....hopefully it will "heal" itself as many bugs have in the past.....
I have a SR battery......I was on the defensive, sorry, but when I was questioned about my numbers, ......I didn't say anyone called me a liar, and if it sounded like that, I'm sorry.......any time I mention the 5 mi/kwh, I get questioned, i guess i should keep that number to myself, haha......

no problem with "estimated range" the problem is when charging, I am seeing a 20-30% decrease from what I've consistently seen in both my Mach e's over...
try this , get in your car for a 5 mile trip, speed limit 30-35 mph, NO hills.....fair number of traffic lights, no lead foot, controlled stops, some people say drive like a grandpa, haha......after your 5 mile trip and back tell us your mi/kw...

why is it when I see the numbers I get, they are false but when you get the numbers you get they are correct???
yes when charging on the 120 line Ford Pass tells me I am getting 5+ miles of estimated range per hour, consistently, yesterday charged for about 10 hours, according to Ford Pass got estimated range of almost 4 mi/kw......up until this update was getting estimated 5+ mi/kw when charging
