No idea about your specific faults but what was the OTA that installed? My last OTA had a warning about possible service vehicle soon messages after the update. For me it went smoothly and I had no such messages.

I just had this on my 2021 Mach-e. Was there ever a fix or does it happen more often with eventual total failure? Most annoying was the lights appears to be set to on rather than auto and so I also lost my automatic matrix lights.

The factory code is also displayed on the data label in the fuse box in the passenger footwell. I’m in the UK so not sure if this is reversed for US cars.
