    MME vs. Cadillac Lyriq

I ordered a Lyriq as well. The amount of features for the price (and the potential luxury/cadillac ride) were compelling.

    May sell the Mach-E...

I'm hoping I have good luck on quotes towards the end of the year/early next year since I've thrown my hat in the ring for a Cadillac Lyriq. I have a premium sr rwd with under 3k miles.

I love this car but my wife can't ride in it

Why do people assume we want a luxury ride? It doesn't need to be one extreme or the other. I just want something that doesn't bounce all over the place. I have yet to own a luxury vehicle so obviously I'm not going to compare any ride to that level. Even comparing to my stiff corvette the ride...

Can't deal with the bouncy ride anymore after two weeks with the Mach-E. What do I do?

The part numbers for std rwd springs are different I believe so maybe a difference in at least the springs. I have one and swapped to GT springs in the rear and it didn't really help much but another poster on this thread had more luck doing so with his premium ext.

You haven't truly lived until you are going down the highway with your headlights bobbing up and down frantically lol. I frequently gallop down the road (someone in our legendary bouncy ride thread compared the ride to those coin operated horses that used to be outside grocery stores).

Yay a fellow Corvette owner with the same opinion! The vette is darn near cushy compared to the Mach E heh. How are you liking the C8? I want one but I still love my C7 so much.

Can anyone make a suggestion for a smoother ride?

I don't expect it to handle like a sedan. However, I didn't expect it to gallop down the road and bounce over every little imperfection. Weight isn't the only issue (I've driven/owned heavy vehicles and there are plenty of heavy vehicles that ride much better). It's weight plus Ford wanting a...

Can anyone make a suggestion for a smoother ride?

Does my Corvette count as a sport tuned suspension? Because it's a less punishing ride than my Mach E. And definitely can't rest my head on the headrest unless I want to get a headache lol.

Can't deal with the bouncy ride anymore after two weeks with the Mach-E. What do I do?

Definitely feels like choices are very limited. I have a reservation for the Nissan Ariya in the hope that it provides a more comfortable ride. All of the initial trim options for the US come with the extended range battery so the one I reserved will have 285 miles of range vs my current 230...

Can't deal with the bouncy ride anymore after two weeks with the Mach-E. What do I do?

Disclaimer...I don't know if it will help enough for rear passengers but at least it doesn't feel like the back end is occasionally catching air over big bumps anymore.

Can't deal with the bouncy ride anymore after two weeks with the Mach-E. What do I do?

I switched my premium std range rwd rear springs with GT springs, and now that I've driven for a few months the ride is still bad for me but the back end does seem more composed. The rear end used to feel pretty unsettled and buck like a bronco going over bumps or dips, but at least that seems...

Can't deal with the bouncy ride anymore after two weeks with the Mach-E. What do I do?

I wish I only had the bouncing/galloping during certain stretches of road because I could probably live with it but for me unless the road is almost as smooth as ice I'm going to be bouncing/galloping all over the place (some places much worse than others of course). I'd say talk to your...

Can't deal with the bouncy ride anymore after two weeks with the Mach-E. What do I do?

Same with my former highlander. Granted we are comparing based on vehicle weight vs Ford trying to make the Mach E sporty. I'd prefer a harsher ride vs the bounciness/galloping which is why I've said up thread that right now I actually prefer my Corvette's ride (which is kinda sad lol). It...

Can't deal with the bouncy ride anymore after two weeks with the Mach-E. What do I do?

The headrest aspect is definitely a telling item. Between that and the headlights bobbing up and down on fairly smooth highways (even some asphalt covered ones without the expansion joints), it's not like any other vehicle I have owned/driven. To be fair I don't really rest my head against the...

    Roof and Windshield Recall

Got mine back today after a week. Still has the blue windshield tape on it and the top of the driver's side a pillar isn't snug anymore. I also didn't see any foam piece installed. They also left me 2 razor blade cartridges in my cup holder (free gift!), suction cup marks on the inside of the...
