    Just had the same issue with mine. Ended up needing a modem replacement. Part alone is 1600...makes me wonder if that extended warranty might be worth it.

    Got the new tcu installed today and that fixed most problems. Only thing not working is blue cruise. It won't engage. Doing a battery reset to see if that makes et phone home and gets me back online.

    If your vehicle lost its built in wifi ability, bluecruise, etc. You may be in the same boat as me where the telemetry control unit took a crap. Have you scanned for any codes?

    I pulled all the codes and then reset dtc's. Just getting the gwm and a gps error now. I've got a week until the mobile tech comes out. Im just thankful it wasnt my fault!

    Yeah there was a truck code for sure. Not sure if I saw one for gwm. Ill scan it again and pull all the codes. Im gonna use forscan and see if I can force reset stuff

    Battery disconnection didnt work either. Ran my code scanner and there are quite a few module faults. Some just lost communication so im sure thats just battery disconnect but definitely time for dealer visit.

    No dice on the fuse pull. Gonna call app services per Fords recommendation and then im guessing im hitting the dealership. Yay.

    Yeah it has that x showing no signal. Hoping a reset with the fuses pulled fixes it. Otherwise...TO THE DEALER!

    Well that makes me feel a LOT better. I just pulled fuses 19 and 11 and will let it sit a while. Anything else I should check or do for this issue? Thanks for the help!

    So I just installed the bskt rear lit pony and I did the reverse light wire as well. Now I don't have cellular signal and im wondering if poked something in wiring it.. In routing it, I tried going through the center tube and ended up poking in the tube. I thought it was just a drain tube but...

    Yeah the Frunk on my 25 is pretty disappointing...but my ass gets sweet sweet ventilation while the car changes lanes by itself. Cash me ousside how bou dat? :p
