Here's what I do: I have a level-2 charger at home. The night before I go, I set my target to 90%, so it's at 90% in the morning. Then, I set the target to 100% at least 3 hours before my departure time, because I have observed that it takes 3 hours to go from 90-100% at my house. That's it...

If you don't mind a slow boat to China, FSD will eventually get you to your destination. People will honk. If you're awake, you will notice. So it'll work as a super slow robotaxi. If you want that, it's fine.
