After watching, I believe I don't want to put my car in dealer's hand. I will live with it as-is, until I am ready to trade in for next.

I will just leave it as-is until after 3 years trade it in for the next one. Cannot take the risk and leave it to clueless dealer to mess things up. It works perfect so I will stay away from these recalls.

Make sure have something to cover your dashboard. Remove the windshield then install new one is dirty job. My friends have his dash scratched with lot of dirty stuff left when he has to replace the windshield at dealership last time.

Complete failure I have to say, including sync 4. The hardware (snapdragen 820) is almost 4 years old chip (they should have chosen a more powerful one from beginning, but 820 is cheap...) but it is still capable to run the UI smoothly without lagging. Check out the smart phones on the market...

They spent lots of time adding the useless features such as calculator and drawing app. These kind of apps are useless. Don't waste your time on such useless features, Ford! It is more than 20 years into 21 century and such "feature" can be cool 20 years back, but not now.
