I like to think of the guess-o-meter as a credit score. takes into account weather & road conditions, driving style, prep and auxiliary draws on the battery. Could it have been all the āstarsā (so-to-speak) were in alignment to cause such a noticeable drop?

Nice thing is charging time isnāt much of an issue since I charge at home. But I can see how this is relevant for long distance drivers.

Took MME to dealership. Their MME specialist reports the charging port needs to be replaced. Said current one has too much resistance for level 2 charges. Onset of that symptom is still unclear to me. A Expedited replacement charge port from Detroit due in a few days.

Drove from Tacoma to Santa Barbara - San Diego & back via grapevine last week and got to experience an array of charging experiences that ranged from acceptable to awful.
Long story short, the infrastructure is in its infancy and has a long way to go.
Had a great time in LA. Was able to travel back & forth between Venice, Balboa, El Segundo, Hollywood.
