I ended up paying the 500 something to change the battery which is know was a rip off but I was just feeling overwhelmed and needed it over with. The 12v error message is still appearing in my ford pass app though, even though they’ve changed it and ive since drove nearly two hours to a town...

The 39.24 was for the tire rotation. & yes, I asked them to do the battery only, then they requoted me around 500 and change. Which I still found pretty excessive but I was in a pinch and needed it done. EDIT: Typos
